純電動(dòng)車用18650電池的一致性研究

【摘要】:通過對國內(nèi)外五款純電動(dòng)車用18650電池進(jìn)行電化學(xué)性能測試、變異系數(shù)分析和相關(guān)性分析,評估電池在初始階段和老化過程中的一致性,并系統(tǒng)分析電流、溫度及電壓范圍對電池一致性的影響.結(jié)果表明:為了提高純電動(dòng)車用18650電池全壽命周期內(nèi)的一致性,必須控制充電倍率小于0.3C,放電倍率小于0.5C,使用溫度高于0℃.此外,優(yōu)化電池篩選工藝也是改善電池一致性的一個(gè)重要方法.初始篩選時(shí)加入能夠表征壽命因素的特征參數(shù)k值,即靜置時(shí)開路電壓的下降速率,是非常有效的.
