掃頻短路阻抗法變壓器繞組變形測試儀的研制及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:變壓器在運(yùn)行過程中,由于繞組變形而引發(fā)的變壓器故障變得越來越常見,已嚴(yán)重威脅著電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。當(dāng)變壓器繞組發(fā)生變形后,能快速、有效的對繞組狀態(tài)做出判斷并對其做出相應(yīng)的處理,減少因此而引發(fā)的變壓器故障,具有非常大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前,診斷變壓器繞組變形的方法主要有頻率響應(yīng)分析法和低電壓短路阻抗法,兩種方法的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)頒布。并在診斷繞組變形方面起到了一定的作用。然而,由于頻率響應(yīng)分析法測試中使用的激勵信號比較小,容易受現(xiàn)場干擾,并且對電感的變化反應(yīng)不靈敏;而低電壓短路阻抗法由于對輕微的繞組變形反應(yīng)不敏感。所以兩種測試方法都不能全面的對繞組的狀態(tài)做出診斷,應(yīng)用中容易產(chǎn)生漏判和誤判。為了能比較全面的對繞組的狀態(tài)做出診斷,一種結(jié)合上面兩種測試方法優(yōu)點(diǎn)的掃頻短路阻抗法成了現(xiàn)在研究的重點(diǎn)。為了使該方法盡快的應(yīng)用到實(shí)際變壓器繞組變形的診斷工作中,本文從掃頻短路阻抗法測試原理出發(fā),對基于該方法的測試儀進(jìn)行了研制,并利用樣機(jī)對掃頻短路阻抗法的現(xiàn)場測試應(yīng)用做了研究。論文的主要內(nèi)容:(1)理論研究。分析了現(xiàn)有繞組變形診斷方法的原理和測試方法。重點(diǎn)對掃頻短路阻抗法的測試原理和測試方法進(jìn)行了研究。(2)樣機(jī)的研制。根據(jù)掃頻短路阻抗法的測量原理和方法,提出了樣機(jī)的功能組成,并就每一功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)。其中包括:測試儀硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)和上位機(jī)測試軟件的開發(fā),并對樣機(jī)的性能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。(3)掃頻短路阻抗法的應(yīng)用研究。主要包括掃頻短路阻抗法現(xiàn)場測試接線方法的研究;變壓器副邊繞組短接后是否接地和變壓器引線是否拆除等影響測量結(jié)果的因素進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。論文成果主要為:對掃頻短路阻抗法的測試原理進(jìn)行了研究,并研制了應(yīng)用于該測試方法的測試儀樣機(jī),并通過現(xiàn)場和試驗(yàn)室的試驗(yàn)對樣機(jī)的性能進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。最后利用樣機(jī)對掃頻短路阻抗法的現(xiàn)場測試接線方法和可能影響測試結(jié)果的因素進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:In the process of transformer operation, transformer faults caused by winding deformation become more and more common, which has seriously threatened the stable operation of power grid. When the transformer winding is deformed, it is of great practical significance to judge the winding state quickly and effectively and deal with it accordingly, so as to reduce the transformer fault caused by it. At present, the main methods to diagnose transformer winding deformation are frequency response analysis method and low voltage short circuit impedance method, and the related standards of the two methods have been promulgated. It also plays a certain role in the diagnosis of winding deformation. However, because the excitation signal used in the frequency response analysis method is relatively small, it is easy to be interfered by the field and insensitive to the change of inductance, while the low voltage short circuit impedance method is insensitive to the slight winding deformation response. Therefore, the two test methods can not make a comprehensive diagnosis of the state of the winding, and it is easy to misjudge and misjudge in the application. In order to diagnose the state of windings comprehensively, a sweep short circuit impedance method, which combines the advantages of the above two testing methods, has become the focus of current research. In order to make this method be applied to the diagnosis of transformer winding deformation as soon as possible, based on the testing principle of sweep short circuit impedance method, the tester based on this method is developed in this paper. The field test application of sweep short circuit impedance method is studied by using the prototype. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) theoretical research. The principle and test method of the existing winding deformation diagnosis methods are analyzed. The testing principle and method of sweep short circuit impedance method are studied. (2) the development of prototype. According to the measuring principle and method of sweep short circuit impedance method, the functional composition of the prototype is put forward, and the realization method of each function is studied and realized. It includes the design of the hardware circuit of the tester and the development of the upper computer test software, and the performance of the prototype is verified. (3) the application of sweep short circuit impedance method. It mainly includes the research of field test wiring method by sweep short circuit impedance method, the factors that affect the measurement results, such as whether the transformer auxiliary side winding is grounding after short connection and whether the transformer lead is removed or not. The main results of this paper are as follows: the testing principle of sweep short circuit impedance method is studied, and a prototype of the tester applied to the test method is developed, and the performance of the prototype is verified by field and laboratory tests. Finally, the field test wiring method of sweep short circuit impedance method and the factors that may affect the test results are studied by using the prototype.
