【摘要】：電力電量平衡計(jì)算對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)中設(shè)計(jì)電站的今后運(yùn)行和在線運(yùn)行電站的負(fù)荷分配、備用容量配置具有重要意義,同時(shí)能為合理利用水能資源以及化石能源、減少資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)保減排起到指導(dǎo)作用。針對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)年、月、日內(nèi)的負(fù)荷變化以及在線運(yùn)行電站對(duì)應(yīng)的出力運(yùn)行情況,分析系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷與電站出力的不均勻性之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,通過水電站棄水或火電站增加出力的方法將電力系統(tǒng)月調(diào)節(jié)系數(shù)控制在一定范圍內(nèi),從而使電力系統(tǒng)在年、月、日內(nèi)達(dá)到電力電量平衡。改進(jìn)火電站群電力電量平衡計(jì)算方法,根據(jù)逐次切負(fù)荷法的計(jì)算原理,通過對(duì)單一火電站工作容量以及其調(diào)峰容量的嵌套式迭代計(jì)算,得到每座火電站年、月、日的出力過程。算例結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的正確性、可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The calculation of power balance is of great significance to the load distribution and reserve capacity allocation of power stations designed in the power system in the future and on-line operation. At the same time, it can reduce the waste of resources for the rational use of hydropower resources and fossil energy. Environmental protection plays a guiding role in reducing emissions. In view of the annual, monthly and daily load variation of the power system and the corresponding output operation of the on-line operation power station, the correlation between the system load and the inhomogeneity of the power station output is analyzed. The monthly regulation coefficient of the power system is controlled within a certain range by the method of abandoning water or increasing the output of the thermal power station, so that the power system can reach the balance of power quantity in the year, month and day. The calculation method of power balance of thermal power station group is improved. according to the calculation principle of successive load cutting method, the annual, monthly and daily output process of each thermal power station is obtained by nesting iterative calculation of the working capacity of a single thermal power station and its peak shaving capacity. The results of an example verify the correctness, feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
