基于事件的光伏儲能微網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟運行優(yōu)化

【摘要】:本文研究了由光伏電池陣列、蓄電池組、變換器(包括并網(wǎng)逆變器、雙向逆變器)以及負載等組成的光伏儲能微網(wǎng),并且允許其與電網(wǎng)進行購售電交易。針對光伏儲能微網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟運行優(yōu)化問題,考慮光伏輸出功率、用電負荷和電價隨機性,本文提出一種基于事件驅(qū)動的滾動優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法,具體從以下幾個方面進行研究:首先,基于光伏儲能微網(wǎng)運行特性,提出微網(wǎng)電力事件并給出事件的數(shù)學(xué)描述。事件包括光伏輸出功率變化事件、用電負荷變化事件和電價變化事件。其次,基于事件將調(diào)度周期劃分為若干滾動窗口,每個滾動窗口長度都可能不同。在滾動時域優(yōu)化框架下,以最小化系統(tǒng)運行成本為目標,運行成本包括光伏電池陣列和蓄電池運行維護費用、蓄電池壽命損耗懲罰費用以及微網(wǎng)從電網(wǎng)購電成本和向電網(wǎng)售電收入,考慮系統(tǒng)功率平衡、蓄電池充放電功率和荷電狀態(tài)限值、電網(wǎng)交互功率限值以及蓄電池荷電狀態(tài)更新等約束,并對約束條件中的非線性成分進行線性化處理,建立基于事件的微網(wǎng)滾動優(yōu)化模型,所建模型為一個混合整數(shù)線性規(guī)劃模型。當有事件發(fā)生時,則進行再調(diào)度,重新調(diào)整調(diào)度方案,否則不進行再調(diào)度,按原調(diào)度方案執(zhí)行。最后,結(jié)合基于事件的微網(wǎng)滾動優(yōu)化模型的特點,采用GAMS/CPLEX對模型進行求解。利用光伏輸出功率、用電負荷和電價數(shù)據(jù)進行算例分析。在五種不同場景下,與等時間間隔全局優(yōu)化的優(yōu)化結(jié)果進行比較。結(jié)果驗證了本文提出的基于事件滾動優(yōu)化方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the photovoltaic energy storage microgrid composed of photovoltaic cell array, battery pack, converter (including grid-connected inverter, bidirectional inverter) and load is studied, and it is allowed to purchase and sell electricity with the power grid. In order to optimize the economic operation of photovoltaic energy storage microgrid, considering the randomness of photovoltaic output power, power load and electricity price, this paper proposes an event-driven rolling optimal scheduling method, which is studied from the following aspects: first, Based on the operation characteristics of photovoltaic energy storage microgrid, the power events of microgrid are proposed and the mathematical description of the event is given. The events include photovoltaic output power change event, power load change event and electricity price change event. Secondly, the scheduling cycle is divided into several scrolling windows based on events, and the length of each scrolling window may be different. In the rolling time domain optimization framework, in order to minimize the operating cost of the system, the operating cost includes the operation and maintenance cost of photovoltaic cell array and battery. The penalty cost of battery life loss and the cost of purchasing electricity from the power grid and the revenue from the sale of electricity to the power grid, taking into account the power balance of the system, the charge and discharge power of the battery and the limit value of the charge state, The interactive power limit of power grid and the update of battery charge state are constrained, and the nonlinear components in the constraint conditions are linearized, and the event-based rolling optimization model of microgrid is established. The model is a mixed integer linear programming model. When an event occurs, the rescheduling is carried out and the scheduling scheme is readjusted, otherwise the rescheduling scheme is not carried out and executed according to the original scheduling scheme. Finally, according to the characteristics of event-based microgrid rolling optimization model, GAMS/CPLEX is used to solve the model. The photovoltaic output power, power load and electricity price data are used to analyze the examples. In five different scenarios, the optimization results are compared with those of global optimization at equal time intervals. The results verify the effectiveness of the event-based rolling optimization method proposed in this paper.
