【摘要】：大規(guī)模風(fēng)電跨區(qū)輸送越來越頻繁,加大了受端區(qū)域電力系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)壓力,嚴(yán)重影響了風(fēng)電的消納能力。針對(duì)這一問題,提出一種基于分段電價(jià)的風(fēng)電消納方法。該方法以電網(wǎng)公司購電總費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo),考慮火電和抽蓄各自參與風(fēng)電消納的邊際成本效益,并通過對(duì)風(fēng)電不同電量部分施行分段電價(jià),使得電網(wǎng)公司、風(fēng)電廠、火電廠和抽蓄電站等多個(gè)主體之間利益均衡,增加系統(tǒng)對(duì)風(fēng)電的消納,同時(shí)從理論上證明該方法與棄風(fēng)懲罰方法原理上的等效性。仿真算例驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。仿真結(jié)果表明該方法能夠顯著減少棄風(fēng),在不降低電網(wǎng)企業(yè)利益的同時(shí),提高火電和抽蓄電站參與風(fēng)電消納的積極性,增加風(fēng)電企業(yè)的收益。
[Abstract]:Large-scale wind power transmission across regions is becoming more and more frequent, which increases the regulation pressure of the power system in the receiving area and seriously affects the absorption capacity of wind power. In order to solve this problem, a wind power absorption method based on piecewise electricity price is proposed. This method aims at minimizing the total cost of power purchase by power grid companies, considers the marginal cost-effectiveness of thermal power and pumping storage participating in wind power consumption, and makes power grid companies and wind power plants through the implementation of piecewise electricity prices on different parts of wind power. The balance of interests between thermal power plant and pumped storage power station increases the absorption of wind power by the system, and the equivalence between this method and the penalty method of abandoning wind is proved theoretically. The effectiveness of the method is verified by a simulation example. The simulation results show that this method can significantly reduce the abandonment of wind, not only not reduce the interests of power grid enterprises, but also improve the enthusiasm of thermal power and pumped storage stations to participate in wind power absorption, and increase the income of wind power enterprises.
