基于移動變電站的旁路不停電檢修技術(shù)應(yīng)用與研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and city, the demand of urban power grid transformation and the uninterrupted power supply demand of users, the contradiction between the demand of major activities, the bottleneck of the traditional power outage maintenance mode, the mobile substation as the extension of smart grid, During the upgrading of the power grid, the sudden failure of the equipment and the high load season, the safe operation of the urban power grid can be efficiently guaranteed based on its mobility and rapidity. Based on the on-board mobile substation of Yinchuan Power supply Co., Ltd., this paper introduces the mobile substation high-voltage combinatorial apparatus, the 20MVA on-board mobile transformer, the medium-low voltage gas-filled switchgear, the monitoring and protection system, and the control and protection system. Integrated power system and transportation vehicle system and other components. The application type and selection of mobile substation are analyzed. The special design of mobile substation such as vehicle, height, width and weight is described. The emphasis is placed on the research and development of the by-pass non-blackout technology based on mobile substation and the replacement combination application mode. At the same time, the typical combination application analysis is carried out and the realization scheme is given. The technical model of by-pass maintenance without blackout based on mobile substation is constructed. The feasibility of task-oriented virtual management organization mode, control access, operation and maintenance in mobile substation application is discussed. Based on the application of mobile substation in Guanghua 110kV substation of Yinchuan Power Network, the typical mode selection, load transfer and docking, primary and secondary docking of mobile substation are analyzed, and the technological innovation and achievements are analyzed. Evaluate the safety benefits and economic benefits of the new technology. The research of by-pass maintenance technology based on mobile substation not only further expands the traditional way of power grid maintenance, but also effectively solves the emergency power consumption in the area through the safe and efficient bypass maintenance technology system. The reliability of power supply under the conditions of high load seasonal demand, large area blackout, natural disaster, rapid recovery of equipment sudden failure etc., keeps the development of city and power grid in harmony and synchronizes, and gradually realizes the transformation from blackout operation to non-blackout operation mode.
