汽輪機(jī)定滑壓曲線簡化計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:為了簡捷獲得較精確的汽輪機(jī)定滑壓曲線,分析了主汽壓力變化時(shí)機(jī)組熱力系統(tǒng)變工況實(shí)際特性,基于高壓缸效率實(shí)際變化非線性假設(shè),在忽略隨主汽壓力和熱耗率線性變化的其它熱力參數(shù)前提下,結(jié)合調(diào)門流量特性曲線,提出了汽輪機(jī)定滑壓曲線簡化計(jì)算方法,以某350MW和某600MW機(jī)組的性能試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)為例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明,簡化計(jì)算獲得的定滑壓曲線斜率與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果偏差在3%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the accurate constant slip pressure curve of steam turbine, the actual characteristics of the thermal system of the unit under variable working conditions are analyzed when the main steam pressure changes, and based on the nonlinear assumption of the actual variation of the efficiency of the high pressure cylinder. On the premise of neglecting other thermodynamic parameters, which vary linearly with the main steam pressure and heat consumption rate, a simplified calculation method of constant slip pressure curve of steam turbine is put forward based on the characteristic curve of regulating gate flow. Taking the performance test data of a certain 350MW and a 600MW unit as an example, the results show that the slope of the constant slip pressure curve obtained by the simplified calculation is less than 3% from the test results.
