串聯(lián)蓄電池組均衡控制策略研究

【摘要】:針對串聯(lián)蓄電池組單體電池間存在的不一致性問題,改進(jìn)了一種基于Buck-Boost均衡電路的均衡控制策略。由于傳統(tǒng)的均衡控制策略對某些特殊情況的電池組不一致狀態(tài)均衡效果不理想,采用最值比較法與相鄰差值比較法相結(jié)合的均衡控制策略,可有效改善電池組的不一致性,并得到仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)對比驗(yàn)證。最后通過對6節(jié)鎳鎘蓄電池的均衡充電,結(jié)果表明該均衡策略能有效減小電池組極差,避免不一致性的擴(kuò)大,提高電池組容量利用率。
[Abstract]:An improved equalization control strategy based on Buck-Boost equalization circuit is proposed to solve the problem of inconsistency between single cells in series batteries. Because the traditional equalization control strategy is not ideal for the inconsistent state of the battery pack in some special cases, the equalization control strategy which combines the maximum comparison method and the adjacent difference comparison method can effectively improve the inconsistency of the battery pack. The simulation results are compared and verified. Finally, through the balanced charging of 6 Ni-CD batteries, the results show that the equalization strategy can effectively reduce the range of the battery pack, avoid the expansion of the inconsistency, and improve the capacity utilization ratio of the battery pack.
