干式空心電抗器匝間絕緣材料老化研究
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the stability of power system and improve the quality of power transmission, dry hollow reactor has been widely used. The safe operation of reactor is very important to power system. The damage of the reactor is mainly caused by its inter-turn insulation failure. Therefore, the study on the aging characteristics of dry-type hollow reactor inter-turn insulation can improve the product quality of the dry type hollow reactor. It is of great significance to reduce the fault rate of inter-turn insulation during operation. In this paper, reference to the manufacturing process of dry type hollow reactor, the model wire rod of interturn insulation structure of reactor-like reactor is designed and manufactured, and the electrode for test is designed according to the specification of model wire rod. At the same time, the aging and breakdown of power frequency are built up at the same time. Overvoltage accumulation and thermal aging test platform; The constant voltage aging and step voltage aging tests were carried out by using the power frequency electric aging test platform, and the electrical aging test data under two kinds of pressure modes were obtained, and the data were statistically analyzed. The over-voltage accumulation test platform is used to carry out the over-voltage accumulation test, during which the initial partial discharge voltage and insulation resistance data are obtained after each aging period. Power-frequency breakdown test platform is used to obtain breakdown voltage data from the power-frequency breakdown test of the model rod after the design of the whole cycle of overvoltage breakdown is completed. The thermal aging test platform was used to carry out the single thermal aging test. Several thermal aging cycles were designed corresponding to the different operating life. The initial partial discharge voltage and insulation resistance of the model rod were measured at the end of each aging period and the non-aging period, and the initial partial discharge voltage and insulation resistance of the model rod were measured. The breakdown voltage data were obtained by power frequency breakdown test, DC breakdown test and exponential attenuation oscillation wave breakdown test on the model rod after the design of the whole cycle of thermal aging was completed. The data of applied voltage and breakdown time were obtained by the accumulative effect test of the overvoltage of the model rod after thermal aging. The results show that the life index n obtained from step-by-step voltage aging test can not be extrapolated to the working life of reactor, and the initial partial discharge voltage and insulation resistance have great correlation with the degree of insulation damage between turns of reactor, and there is a significant correlation between the initial partial discharge voltage and insulation resistance and the degree of inter-turn insulation damage of reactor. The accumulative effect of overvoltage has a great influence on the inter-turn insulation of the reactor, the single thermal aging has little effect on the inter-turn insulation of the reactor, and the resistance to overvoltage decreases after the thermal aging.
