濱海電廠反滲透法海水淡化取水工程設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:濱海電廠海水淡化取水工程設(shè)計(jì)宜與機(jī)組循環(huán)冷卻水工程相結(jié)合,以充分利用發(fā)揮循環(huán)冷卻水取水設(shè)施的作用。采用臥式離心泵從循環(huán)水泵后取水,可保證取水系統(tǒng)安全高效運(yùn)行。根據(jù)循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行方式,提出了從循環(huán)水管上取水的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并提出了反滲透處理工藝的海水淡化取水系統(tǒng)與循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)水加藥系統(tǒng)和原水預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)鎖控制要求。
[Abstract]:The design of seawater desalination water intake project in coastal power plant should be combined with the circulating cooling water project of unit in order to make full use of the function of circulating cooling water intake facility. The horizontal centrifugal pump is used to take water from the circulating pump to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the water intake system. According to the operation mode of the circulating water system, the design scheme of taking water from the circulating water pipe is put forward, and the seawater desalination water intake system and the circulating cooling water system of the reverse osmosis treatment process are put forward. Interlock control requirements of circulating water dosing system and raw water pretreatment system.
