基于TVOC檢測(cè)的干式空心電抗器過(guò)熱故障診斷方法

【摘要】:對(duì)運(yùn)行中的干式空心電抗器進(jìn)行監(jiān)(檢)測(cè),可以避免其起火燒損。為克服現(xiàn)有幾種監(jiān)(檢)測(cè)電抗器運(yùn)行狀態(tài)方法的局限性,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)找出干式空心電抗器絕緣材料雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂在過(guò)熱條件下產(chǎn)生的特征氣體總揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(TVOC)。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)干式空心電抗器過(guò)熱故障模擬試驗(yàn),研究了TVOC體積分?jǐn)?shù)隨過(guò)熱溫度、過(guò)熱時(shí)間、風(fēng)速、相對(duì)濕度改變時(shí)的變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:TVOC體積分?jǐn)?shù)隨過(guò)熱溫度增高而增加,當(dāng)過(guò)熱溫度超過(guò)160℃時(shí),TVOC體積分?jǐn)?shù)高于2×10~( 8);且TVOC體積分?jǐn)?shù)值受風(fēng)速影響較大,呈負(fù)相關(guān)性。同時(shí)計(jì)算了TVOC的有效產(chǎn)氣速率,考慮了風(fēng)速對(duì)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的影響,并擬合出過(guò)熱溫度的求解式。通過(guò)模擬試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,證明了該過(guò)熱溫度求解式能較準(zhǔn)確的求解出電抗器包封內(nèi)部的過(guò)熱溫度,進(jìn)而判斷干式空心電抗器的過(guò)熱狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The dry hollow reactor in operation can be monitored (inspected) to avoid the fire loss. In order to overcome the limitation of several existing methods of monitoring and testing reactor operating state, the characteristic gas total volatile organic compounds (TVOC).) produced by dry hollow reactor insulating material bisphenol A epoxy resin under superheated condition were found out by experiment. The change of TVOC volume fraction with superheating temperature, superheating time, wind speed and relative humidity was studied by simulating the overheating failure of dry hollow reactor.
