微電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)運(yùn)行的分時(shí)優(yōu)化與實(shí)時(shí)控制方法

【摘要】:將相鄰的孤立微電網(wǎng)互聯(lián)運(yùn)行,可促進(jìn)資源的時(shí)空互補(bǔ)與運(yùn)行優(yōu)化。提出互聯(lián)微電網(wǎng)分時(shí)優(yōu)化調(diào)度與實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)控制相結(jié)合的運(yùn)行方法,旨在降低系統(tǒng)發(fā)電成本,提高運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性。在分時(shí)優(yōu)化調(diào)度層面,基于超短期預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,以全系統(tǒng)發(fā)電成本最低為目標(biāo),提出考慮資源時(shí)空互補(bǔ)特性的優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法;在實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)控制層面,針對(duì)風(fēng)、光、負(fù)荷的隨機(jī)性而引起的功率波動(dòng)問題,提出基于動(dòng)態(tài)下垂控制的聯(lián)絡(luò)線定功率控制方法,使功率波動(dòng)量得到經(jīng)濟(jì)合理分配。算例驗(yàn)證了分時(shí)優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法可促進(jìn)資源互補(bǔ)、降低運(yùn)行成本,實(shí)時(shí)仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)態(tài)下垂控制策略可有效實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)絡(luò)線定功率控制。
[Abstract]:Interconnected operation of adjacent isolated microgrids can promote space-time complementation and operational optimization of resources. A time-sharing optimal dispatching and real-time coordinated control method for interconnected microgrid is proposed in order to reduce the cost of power generation and improve the stability of operation. At the time-sharing optimal scheduling level, based on the ultra-short-term forecasting results, the optimal scheduling method considering the time-space complementarities of resources is proposed, aiming at the lowest generation cost of the whole system. At the level of real-time coordinated control, aiming at the problem of power fluctuation caused by the randomness of wind, light and load, a method of constant power control based on dynamic droop control is proposed, so that the power wave momentum can be allocated economically and reasonably. The example shows that the time-sharing optimal scheduling method can promote the complementarity of resources and reduce the operation cost. The real-time simulation results show that the dynamic droop control strategy can effectively realize the fixed power control of the contact line.
