傾斜安裝工況電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)螺栓松動振動響應(yīng)特性研究

【摘要】:針對傾斜安裝工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動振動特性復(fù)雜且難以診斷分析問題,開展傾斜安裝工況電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動振動特性研究。通過以電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,研究基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動特性與振動響應(yīng)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,仿真分析螺栓連接剛度、阻尼特性對電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)振動特性的影響,分別開展傾斜和水平兩種工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)連接的單、雙螺栓松動振動測試,并對振動響應(yīng)信號進(jìn)行分析,揭示螺栓松動對電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)振動響應(yīng)特性的影響規(guī)律。本文主要內(nèi)容如下:1)分別介紹了電機(jī)振動特性和螺栓松動特性方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。以電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,推導(dǎo)了含螺栓連接特性參數(shù)的電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方程,研究基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動特性與振動響應(yīng)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,以美國Spectra Quest公司生產(chǎn)模擬故障實(shí)驗(yàn)的電機(jī)為研究對象,建立傾斜5°安裝工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)三維模型。仿真分析電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)螺栓連接剛度、阻尼變化對電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)振動響應(yīng)特性影響變化規(guī)律。2)搭建出傾斜5°安裝工況電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺。分別開展傾斜安裝工況下單、雙螺栓不同松動程度下振動響應(yīng)測試,通過對測試采集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,揭示傾斜安裝工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)振動響應(yīng)隨基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動變化規(guī)律,并從電機(jī)與基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合面的剛度、阻尼特性角度對螺栓松動振動響應(yīng)變化現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了解釋和說明。3)為對比分析傾斜安裝工況下的振動響應(yīng)規(guī)律,構(gòu)建水平電機(jī)-基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺。開展水平安裝工況電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)連接螺栓松動進(jìn)行振動測試,對測試采集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,獲得水平安裝工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)振動響應(yīng)隨基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動變化規(guī)律,與傾斜安裝工況下電機(jī)基礎(chǔ)螺栓松動振動變化結(jié)論進(jìn)行對比。研究結(jié)論可為電機(jī)等機(jī)械螺栓松動故障診斷和運(yùn)行維護(hù)提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the complicated and difficult diagnosis and analysis of the loosening vibration characteristics of the motor foundation bolt under the inclined installation condition, the research on the loose vibration characteristic of the motor foundation bolt under the inclined installation condition is carried out. By taking the motor-foundation system as the research object, the relationship between the loosening characteristic of the foundation bolt and the vibration response is studied, and the influence of the stiffness and damping characteristic of the bolt connection on the vibration characteristic of the motor foundation is simulated and analyzed. The single and double bolt loosening vibration tests of the motor foundation connection under inclined and horizontal conditions are carried out, and the vibration response signals are analyzed to reveal the influence of bolt loosening on the vibration response characteristics of the motor-foundation system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the research status of motor vibration characteristics and bolt loosening characteristics are introduced respectively. Taking the motor-foundation system as the research object, the dynamic equation of the motor-foundation system with the characteristic parameters of bolted connection is derived, and the inherent relationship between the loosening characteristic of the foundation bolt and the vibration response is studied. The three-dimensional model of the motor foundation system under the inclined 5 擄installation condition is established by taking the motor produced by Spectra Quest Company in the United States as the research object. The influence of bolt connection stiffness and damping on the vibration response of the motor foundation system is simulated and analyzed. 2) the motor-foundation system experimental platform is set up under the condition of inclined 5 擄installation. The vibration response test under different loosening degree of double bolts is carried out separately under inclined installation condition. Through the calculation and analysis of test data, the change rule of vibration response of motor foundation with the loosening of foundation bolt under inclined installation condition is revealed, and the vibration response of motor foundation under inclined installation condition is analyzed by calculation and analysis. The variation of bolt loosening vibration response is explained and explained from the angle of stiffness and damping characteristics of motor and foundation interface. 3) the vibration response law under inclined installation is compared and analyzed, and the vibration response of bolt loosening is explained and explained from the angle of stiffness and damping characteristics of motor and foundation. Construction of horizontal motor-basic system experimental platform. The vibration test is carried out for the loosening of the connection bolt of the motor foundation under the horizontal installation condition. The vibration response of the motor foundation with the loosening of the foundation bolt under the horizontal installation condition is obtained by calculating and analyzing the data collected from the test. The results are compared with the results of loosening vibration of motor foundation bolt under inclined installation condition. The research conclusion can provide guidance for the fault diagnosis and operation maintenance of mechanical bolt loosening.
