【摘要】：為了監(jiān)測斷路器操作回路中跳/合閘回路、壓板和保護出口接點的狀態(tài),并對其薄弱環(huán)節(jié)故障進行預警以避免斷路器誤動或拒動,設計了斷路器操作回路的智能化監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)改進了現(xiàn)有跳/合閘回路,并給出了系統(tǒng)中元件的選型與參數(shù)整定依據(jù),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)跳/合閘回路的全工況監(jiān)視和保護。為了實時監(jiān)測斷路器操作回路壓板和保護出口接點的狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)壓板誤操作和保護出口接點故障報警,該系統(tǒng)采取了配合使用電感式接近開關和霍爾電壓傳感器的方法,并給出了傳感器的具體安裝位置。該系統(tǒng)采用單片機處理并上傳傳感器采集的現(xiàn)場信息,利用LabVIEW編寫后臺軟件界面,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)實時狀態(tài)顯示、人機交互、歷史數(shù)據(jù)存儲和故障報警等功能。
[Abstract]:In order to monitor the status of the tripping/ closing circuit, the pressure plate and the protection outlet contact in the operation circuit of the circuit breaker, the fault of the weak link of the circuit breaker is prewarning to avoid the operation or rejection of the circuit breaker, and the intelligent monitoring system of the operation loop of the circuit breaker is designed. The system improves the existing tripping/ closing circuit, and gives the selection and parameter setting of the components in the system, and can realize the full working condition monitoring and protection of the tripping/ closing circuit. In ord to monitor that state of the circuit board of the circuit breaker and protect the outlet contact of the circuit breaker in real time, the fault alarm of the press plate mis-operation and the protection of the outlet contact is realized, the system adopts a method of using the inductive proximity switch and the Hall voltage sensor, and the specific installation position of the sensor is given. The system adopts single-chip computer to process and upload the on-site information collected by the sensor, and the background software interface is written by using LabVIEW, and the functions of real-time state display, man-machine interaction, historical data storage and fault alarm can be realized.
