夏季工況直接空冷系統(tǒng)最佳真空特性的研究

【摘要】:以某660MW超臨界直接空冷機組為研究對象,基于機組夏季工況下實際運行數(shù)據(jù),建立了汽輪機變工況模型與空冷系統(tǒng)變工況模型,并分別利用電廠空冷系統(tǒng)常干時性能曲線以及電廠原熱力特性計算說明書驗證了這2個模型的計算準(zhǔn)確性.分析了不同邊界條件下(包括空氣溫度、凝汽器的換熱環(huán)境、負(fù)荷、風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速等)凝汽器最佳真空的選取.結(jié)果表明:夏季工況下,當(dāng)負(fù)荷較高時,風(fēng)機應(yīng)始終保持在超頻運行,以維持空冷系統(tǒng)的背壓,保證運行安全性;當(dāng)負(fù)荷較低時,在固定凝汽器蒸汽質(zhì)量流量下,隨著冷卻空氣量的增加,機組出力增加量與風(fēng)機耗功增加量的差值有最大值.運行時應(yīng)首先考慮如何合理設(shè)置運行參數(shù)以得到較高經(jīng)濟性.
[Abstract]:Taking a 660MW supercritical direct air-cooling unit as the research object, based on the actual operation data of the unit in summer, the variable working condition model of steam turbine and the off-condition model of air-cooling system are established. The accuracy of the two models is verified by using the constant dry-time performance curve of the air-cooling system of the power plant and the calculation instructions of the original thermal characteristics of the power plant respectively. The optimum vacuum selection of condenser under different boundary conditions (including air temperature, heat exchange environment of condenser, load, fan speed, etc.) is analyzed. The results show that when the load is high in summer, the fan should always be kept in overfrequency operation to maintain the back pressure of the air-cooling system and ensure the safety of operation. When the load is low, there is a maximum difference between the increase of unit output and the increase of fan power consumption with the increase of cooling air volume under the condition of fixed steam mass flow rate of condenser. First of all, how to set the operating parameters reasonably should be considered in order to obtain higher economy.
