【摘要】：提出一種由2個移相全橋(phase-shifting full-bridge,PSFB)變換器模塊和2個輔助LC網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成的輸入串聯(lián)輸出并聯(lián)的DC-DC變換器。每一個LC網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接在一個模塊超前橋臂的中點和另一個模塊滯后橋臂的中點之間。利用輔助LC網(wǎng)絡(luò),滯后橋臂開關(guān)管可以實現(xiàn)輕載下的零電壓開通(zero voltage switching,ZVS),輔助LC網(wǎng)絡(luò)的電流幅值可以自適應(yīng)負(fù)載變化,即輕載時電流幅值大,用于實現(xiàn)滯后橋臂軟開關(guān)管能量多,重載時,LC網(wǎng)絡(luò)電流幅值小,環(huán)流損失小。因此,所提變換器適用于寬范圍負(fù)載。對變換器的特點進(jìn)行分析,并通過一個功率900W的原理樣機(jī)驗證了所提變換器的性能。
[Abstract]:An input series output parallel DC-DC converter consisting of two phase shifted full bridge (phase-shifting full-bridge,PSFB) converter modules and two auxiliary LC networks is proposed. Each LC network is connected between the midpoint of the leading arm of one module and the midpoint of the lagging arm of the other module. By using the auxiliary LC network, the lagging bridge arm switch can realize the zero voltage switching (zero voltage switching,ZVS under light load. The current amplitude of the auxiliary LC network can adapt to the change of the load, that is, the current amplitude of the auxiliary LC network is large when the load is light. The current amplitude of the LC network is small and the circulation loss is small when the energy of the soft switch is more and the heavy load is heavy. Therefore, the proposed converter is suitable for a wide range of loads. The characteristics of the converter are analyzed, and the performance of the proposed converter is verified by a 900W prototype.
