智能巡檢機(jī)器人在無(wú)人值守變電站的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the power grid, the contradiction between the number of substations and the shortage of the number of on duty substation is becoming increasingly prominent. With the shift of the duty mode of the 500kV substation in Hebei South Power Grid to the direction of fewer people and no one, the workload of manual inspection is increasing and many new problems appear. By using robots to assist or even replace manual inspection of substation equipment, we can effectively reduce the hidden dangers of safety and thus achieve a more reliable inspection of the equipment. This paper first introduces the development course of inspection robot technology and the feasibility of its actual operation in substation. Then, through the research of intelligent inspection robot in a 500kV substation of Hebei Electric Power Company, the system framework, software control system, base station system and mobile station system of the robot patrol system are introduced. At the same time, this paper also introduces the equipment pattern recognition based on substation robot patrol system and the sound acquisition and analysis of substation equipment. Through the practical application of the system in 500kV substation, the advantages and disadvantages of the system are summarized, and the safety, economic and social benefits of its application in substation are analyzed. The use of inspection robot can improve the quality of equipment inspection and reduce the working risk and labor intensity of substation workers. However, there are still some problems in the process of practical use, which need to be further solved and improved.
