高壓斷路器零區(qū)測量系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:電流零區(qū)測量(CZM)系統(tǒng)可以用于評(píng)估斷路器的開斷能力,是電弧機(jī)理研究和產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、優(yōu)化的有用工具。首先介紹了零區(qū)測量系統(tǒng)的原理以及據(jù)此開發(fā)的零區(qū)測量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要由高采樣頻率光纖隔離數(shù)采儀、分壓器、Rogowski線圈和采集控制及數(shù)據(jù)處理程序組成。定制的分壓器和Rogowski線圈經(jīng)過校驗(yàn)后,可分別用于測量電弧電壓和電流。隨后將該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于電壓等級(jí)為252 k V、額定短路電流為50 k A/60 Hz的SF_6斷路器的L90試驗(yàn)中,以獲取不同燃弧時(shí)間的的零區(qū)特性數(shù)據(jù)。測試結(jié)果表明:過零前200 ns時(shí)刻的電導(dǎo)、過零前電弧電壓下降率可以較好地表征SF_6斷路器的熱開斷能力;對于被試斷路器而言,過零前200 ns時(shí)刻的電導(dǎo)、過零前電弧電壓下降率的開斷臨界值分別為Glim≈1.4 m S,Plim≈2 850 V/μs。該測量系統(tǒng)可對斷路器開斷能力進(jìn)行定量測量和評(píng)定,將有助于提升高壓斷路器研發(fā)水平。
[Abstract]:The current zero range measurement (CZM) system can be used to evaluate the breaking capacity of circuit breakers. It is a useful tool for the research of arc mechanism and product development and optimization. Firstly, the principle of zero zone measurement system and the zero zone measurement system are introduced.
