基于阻抗特性的IIDG孤島保護(hù)與故障穿越協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)逆變型分布式電源(IIDG)的孤島保護(hù)和故障穿越兩種功能存在的運(yùn)行沖突問(wèn)題,提出一種基于公共連接點(diǎn)(PCC)阻抗特性的IIDG孤島保護(hù)和故障穿越協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行方法。基于PCC等效阻抗的傳遞函數(shù)解析模型,分析并網(wǎng)和孤島運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下的阻抗特性。根據(jù)孤島和電壓暫態(tài)擾動(dòng)情況下PCC阻抗的變化特征實(shí)現(xiàn)了同一逆變器中孤島和電壓暫態(tài)擾動(dòng)現(xiàn)象的同步檢測(cè),從而正確執(zhí)行孤島保護(hù)與故障穿越兩種功能。算例表明,所提方法可以有效辨識(shí)孤島和電壓暫態(tài)擾動(dòng)現(xiàn)象,協(xié)調(diào)IIDG的孤島保護(hù)和故障穿越兩種功能,對(duì)已有的故障穿越和動(dòng)態(tài)無(wú)功支撐方法具有較好的兼容性,有利于IIDG主動(dòng)參與電網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié),更好地適應(yīng)在配電網(wǎng)中的高滲透并網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of running conflict between islanding protection and fault traversing of inverter distributed power supply (IIDG), a coordinated operation method of IIDG islanding protection and fault traversing based on (PCC) impedance characteristics of common connection points is proposed. Based on the analytical model of PCC equivalent impedance, the impedance characteristics of grid-connected and isolated island are analyzed. According to the variation characteristics of PCC impedance in the case of isolated island and voltage transient disturbance, the simultaneous detection of isolated island and voltage transient disturbance in the same inverter is realized, and the two functions of islanding protection and fault traversing are performed correctly. Numerical examples show that the proposed method can effectively identify isolated islands and voltage transient disturbances, coordinate the islanding protection and fault traversing of IIDG, and have good compatibility with existing fault traversing and dynamic reactive power support methods. It is beneficial for IIDG to participate in the regulation of power grid and adapt to the high permeable power grid in distribution network.
