基于振動(dòng)特性和電學(xué)特性的行波超聲電機(jī)非線性帶載驟,F(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前航空航天領(lǐng)域內(nèi)對(duì)超聲電機(jī),特別是行波型超聲電機(jī)(下文簡(jiǎn)稱超聲電機(jī))的需求越來越大。而超聲電機(jī)在使用過程中的非線性現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致的問題越來越突出。目前亟待解決的超聲電機(jī)非線性問題是超聲電機(jī)工作在一定的扭矩負(fù)載(小于堵轉(zhuǎn)扭矩)狀況下會(huì)出現(xiàn)突然停機(jī)的現(xiàn)象。該文分別從振動(dòng)特性和電學(xué)特性分析了電機(jī)的驟,F(xiàn)象,提出行波型超聲電機(jī)負(fù)載扭矩增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致電機(jī)定子阻尼和剛度同時(shí)增加,從而導(dǎo)致振動(dòng)阻尼比減小。電機(jī)定子振動(dòng)阻尼比減小會(huì)導(dǎo)致電機(jī)實(shí)際的共振頻率升高。同時(shí),負(fù)載增大會(huì)導(dǎo)致電機(jī)系統(tǒng)在同一頻率下的阻抗模減小,使得電機(jī)實(shí)際的共振頻率進(jìn)一步升高。電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)頻率不變,當(dāng)電機(jī)實(shí)際的共振頻率升高并從低到高穿越電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)頻率時(shí),超聲電機(jī)會(huì)出現(xiàn)驟,F(xiàn)象。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,負(fù)載扭矩增加導(dǎo)致電機(jī)系統(tǒng)阻尼比減小和電機(jī)系統(tǒng)阻抗模減小是影響到電機(jī)帶載驟停的根本原因。
[Abstract]:At present, the demand of ultrasonic motor, especially traveling wave ultrasonic motor (hereinafter referred to as ultrasonic motor) is increasing in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. The problem caused by the nonlinear phenomenon of ultrasonic motor is more and more prominent. At present, the nonlinear problem of ultrasonic motor is that the ultrasonic motor will stop suddenly under the condition of certain torque load (less than stop torque). In this paper, the phenomenon of sudden stop of motor is analyzed from the characteristics of vibration and electricity respectively. It is proposed that the increase of load torque of traveling wave ultrasonic motor will result in the increase of stator damping and stiffness, which will result in the decrease of vibration damping ratio. The reduction of stator vibration damping ratio will increase the actual resonance frequency of the motor. At the same time, the increase of the load will reduce the impedance mode of the motor system at the same frequency, and further increase the actual resonance frequency of the motor. The driving frequency of the motor is invariable. When the actual resonance frequency of the motor increases and passes through the drive frequency of the motor from low to high, the ultrasonic motor will appear sudden stop phenomenon. The experimental results show that the decrease of damping ratio of motor system and the decrease of impedance mode of motor system due to the increase of load torque are the fundamental reasons that affect the sudden stop of motor with load.
