壓縮感知在電能質(zhì)量擾動信號去噪中的應用

【摘要】:針對電能質(zhì)量信號去噪中閾值去噪存在信號失真,去噪效果不理想,閾值選取影響重構(gòu)質(zhì)量的問題,提出了一種基于壓縮感知理論(compressed sensing,CS)的電能質(zhì)量信號去噪新方法。CS去噪將擾動信號映射到低維空間,利用電能質(zhì)量信號具有稀疏性可以重構(gòu),噪聲信號不具備稀疏性不可重構(gòu)的特點,應用正交匹配追蹤(orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm,OMP)重構(gòu)算法重構(gòu)電能質(zhì)量信號達到去噪目的。實驗表明,CS電能質(zhì)量信號去噪法優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的基于小波去噪的閾值去噪法,且信號不失真,具有擾動信號采集與壓縮的同時完成去噪和易于實現(xiàn)的特點,為電能質(zhì)量信號去噪提供了一種新的方法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of signal distortion in power quality signal denoising, the effect of de-noising is not ideal, and the selection of threshold affects the reconstruction quality of power quality signal, a new method based on compression perception theory (compressed sensing,) is proposed. The new method of power quality signal denoising based on CS. CS denoising maps the disturbance signal to the low dimensional space. The power quality signal can be reconstructed by using the sparsity of the power quality signal, and the noise signal does not have the characteristics of sparsity and non-reconfiguration. The power quality signal is reconstructed by orthogonal matching tracking (orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm,OMP) reconstruction algorithm to achieve the purpose of de-noising. The experimental results show that the CS power quality signal denoising method is superior to the traditional threshold de-noising method based on wavelet denoising, and the signal is not distorted. It provides a new method for power quality signal denoising.
