智能變電站驗(yàn)收評(píng)估方法研究及平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:智能變電站是當(dāng)今變電站建設(shè)的趨勢(shì),做好智能變電站的驗(yàn)收工作是智能變電站安全投運(yùn)的重要保障。智能變電站通信的數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化給智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收帶來(lái)了困難,現(xiàn)階段功能驗(yàn)收主要是驗(yàn)收人員通過(guò)對(duì)話形式完成,浪費(fèi)了大量人力及時(shí)間成本,并未實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化優(yōu)點(diǎn)。同時(shí),在電力行業(yè)也沒(méi)有針對(duì)智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收的用戶交互式軟件。本論文針對(duì)智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收問(wèn)題,對(duì)智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收模型、模型實(shí)例化算法、驗(yàn)收完成規(guī)則、程序邏輯實(shí)現(xiàn)等內(nèi)容開(kāi)展研究,提出了新型智能化軟件驗(yàn)收方法,從而解決智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收過(guò)程中存在的復(fù)雜、耗時(shí)等問(wèn)題。本論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:(1)研究IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的智能變電站設(shè)備信息模型及智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),基于SCD文件以及繼電保護(hù)原理構(gòu)建智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收模型,并以開(kāi)發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)中間件實(shí)現(xiàn)驗(yàn)收模板庫(kù)的構(gòu)建。(2)研究驗(yàn)收模板庫(kù)的實(shí)例化算法,基于SCD文件解析后生成的智能站信息模型以及提出的權(quán)值匹配算法實(shí)現(xiàn)驗(yàn)收模板庫(kù)的實(shí)例化,并以開(kāi)發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)訪問(wèn)中間件實(shí)現(xiàn)驗(yàn)收實(shí)例庫(kù)的創(chuàng)建。(3)研究驗(yàn)收實(shí)例庫(kù)應(yīng)用算法,基于該算法開(kāi)發(fā)一套操作簡(jiǎn)單、交互性強(qiáng)的智能變電站二次系統(tǒng)功能驗(yàn)收評(píng)估軟件系統(tǒng),并在解析網(wǎng)絡(luò)報(bào)文后實(shí)現(xiàn)智能站二次系統(tǒng)功能的驗(yàn)收評(píng)估。本文開(kāi)發(fā)的驗(yàn)收評(píng)估軟件系統(tǒng)具有驗(yàn)收項(xiàng)自動(dòng)匹配、驗(yàn)收次序不分先后以及驗(yàn)收結(jié)果隨時(shí)確認(rèn)的智能化優(yōu)點(diǎn),該套系統(tǒng)的使用將很大程度上縮短智能變電站驗(yàn)收工期以及節(jié)省驗(yàn)收人力成本,同時(shí)論文所做的研究工作也將為推進(jìn)智能變電站智能化驗(yàn)收提供技術(shù)積累。
[Abstract]:Intelligent substation is the trend of substation construction nowadays. The acceptance of intelligent substation is an important guarantee for the safe operation of intelligent substation. The digitalization and networking of intelligent substation communication bring difficulties to the functional acceptance of the secondary system of intelligent substation. At present, the function acceptance is mainly completed by the personnel in the form of dialogue, which wastes a lot of manpower and time cost. The advantages of intelligence are not realized. At the same time, there is no user interactive software for the function acceptance of the secondary system of intelligent substation in the electric power industry. In this paper, aiming at the problem of functional acceptance of intelligent substation secondary system, the function acceptance model, model instantiation algorithm, acceptance completion rule, program logic realization of intelligent substation secondary system are studied. A new intelligent software acceptance method is proposed to solve the complex and time-consuming problems in the process of functional acceptance of the secondary system of intelligent substation. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) the information model of intelligent substation equipment and the communication network structure of secondary system in intelligent substation are studied in IEC 61850 standard. Based on SCD file and relay protection principle, the function acceptance model of intelligent substation secondary system is constructed, and the database access middleware is used to construct the acceptance template library. (2) the instantiation algorithm of acceptance template library is studied. Based on the intelligent station information model generated by parsing the SCD file and the weight matching algorithm proposed, the acceptance template library is instantiated. The database access middleware is used to realize the establishment of acceptance case library. (3) the application algorithm of acceptance case library is studied. Based on this algorithm, a set of simple operation is developed. The function acceptance evaluation software system of intelligent substation secondary system with strong interaction is developed, and the acceptance evaluation of the secondary system function of intelligent substation is realized after analyzing the network message. The acceptance evaluation software system developed in this paper has the advantages of automatic matching of acceptance items, no sequence of acceptance and intelligent confirmation of acceptance results at any time. The use of the system will greatly shorten the acceptance period of intelligent substation and save the acceptance labor cost. At the same time, the research work done in this paper will also provide technology accumulation for intelligent substation acceptance.
