【摘要】：風(fēng)電大規(guī)模接入電力系統(tǒng),電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行計劃需要充分的考慮風(fēng)電不確定性。該文提出考慮風(fēng)電時空相關(guān)性的仿射可調(diào)魯棒機(jī)組組合。采用橢球不確定集合描述風(fēng)電功率的時空相關(guān)特性,基于仿射策略,構(gòu)建魯棒機(jī)組組合模型,并將所建模型轉(zhuǎn)化為混合整數(shù)二階錐規(guī)劃模型進(jìn)行求解。針對魯棒優(yōu)化可能過于保守的問題,依據(jù)解的可行概率與集合參數(shù)的關(guān)系,確定合適的集合參數(shù),從而保證運(yùn)行計劃對于隨機(jī)風(fēng)電波動的魯棒性以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性。最后,在IEEE 118節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行測試,考察了風(fēng)電時空相關(guān)性對系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的影響。與傳統(tǒng)備用容量法對比,驗證了所提方法的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和魯棒性。
[Abstract]:When wind power is connected to power system on a large scale, the operation plan of power system needs to take full account of the uncertainty of wind power. In this paper, an affine adjustable robust unit combination considering the temporal and spatial correlation of wind power is proposed. An ellipsoidal uncertain set is used to describe the space-time correlation of wind power. Based on affine strategy, a robust unit model is constructed, and the model is transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone programming model to solve the problem. For the problem that robust optimization may be too conservative, according to the relation between feasible probability of solution and set parameters, the appropriate set parameters are determined to ensure the robustness and economy of the operation plan to random wind power fluctuations. Finally, the influence of the temporal and spatial correlation of wind power on the operation of IEEE 118-bus system is investigated. Compared with the traditional reserve capacity method, the economy and robustness of the proposed method are verified.
