基于區(qū)間參數(shù)的水電機(jī)組振動(dòng)傳導(dǎo)研究

【摘要】:在建立的傘式混流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)完善模型的基礎(chǔ)上,引入各參數(shù)的區(qū)間性,結(jié)合區(qū)間算法和隨機(jī)攝動(dòng)理論,推導(dǎo)了水電機(jī)組各傳導(dǎo)路徑的傳導(dǎo)力及傳導(dǎo)率的上、下限和均值的計(jì)算表達(dá)式,建立了具有區(qū)間參數(shù)的水電機(jī)組-廠房耦合系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)傳導(dǎo)分析方法。通過算例,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)不確定性對(duì)傳導(dǎo)率的影響,驗(yàn)證了模型和方法的合理性與可行性。該方法能夠反映參數(shù)不確定時(shí)振動(dòng)傳導(dǎo)路徑傳遞率的范圍及敏感性等問題,為全面分析水電機(jī)組振動(dòng)傳遞特性提供理論基礎(chǔ)和數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the vibration perfect model of umbrella Francis turbine generator set, the interval property of each parameter is introduced, and the conduction force and conductivity of each conduction path of hydropower unit are deduced by combining interval algorithm and random perturbation theory. The expressions of the lower limit and the mean value are used to establish the vibration conduction analysis method for the hydro-generator powerhouse coupling system with interval parameters. The influence of structural parameter uncertainty on conductivity is analyzed by an example, and the rationality and feasibility of the model and method are verified. The method can reflect the range and sensitivity of the transmission rate of vibration conduction path in uncertain parameters, and provide theoretical basis and data support for the comprehensive analysis of vibration transfer characteristics of hydropower units.
