芒哈圖500kV輸變電工程項目綜合評價
[Abstract]:Power industry is the most important energy industry to ensure the development of national economy and social production. In the world, the construction of electric power infrastructure has always been the priority and the key development object in the economic development strategy. This paper studies the scientific evaluation model and method of power transmission and transformation capital construction project quality, promotes the construction of power engineering project infrastructure standardization system, strengthens the construction quality management level of power engineering project, and builds a strong power network system. The implementation of quality engineering evaluation and assessment measures, the construction of excellent quality, advanced technology, perfect functions, good economic benefits of electric power engineering projects have an active role in promoting, not only can bring effective economic benefits, Moreover, it can improve the power supply capacity and reliability of the future network, reduce the loss, and bring more social benefits. In this paper, the research background and significance of the evaluation of the power transmission and transformation project in Manhatu 500kV are described. At the same time, the present research situation at home and abroad and the main research methods of this paper are also discussed. This paper expounds the basic theory of power transmission project evaluation, the basic principles and procedures of project evaluation and the characteristics of project evaluation. The evaluation index system of transmission and transformation project is constructed. The concrete contents include the overview of 500kV transmission and transformation project, the construction principle of the evaluation index system of transmission and transformation project. The construction of power transmission project evaluation index system includes the construction of economic evaluation index system, the construction of social evaluation index system, the construction of technical evaluation index system and the construction of overall evaluation index system. The evaluation model of transmission and transformation project is constructed. The main contents include the brief introduction of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the specific application steps of AHP. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation includes the basic steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The basic content of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and finally, the evaluation research on the 500kV transmission and transformation project of Manhatu, including the transmission and transformation project 1, the determination of the secondary index weight, the determination of the evaluation grade and the determination of the index membership degree, The single level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project and the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project are in agreement with the actual situation.
