基于DEA方法的火電企業(yè)能源效率評估

【摘要】:能源是企業(yè)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)活動的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),隨著能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染問題的日趨嚴(yán)重,考慮如何提高企業(yè)能源利用效率、減少能源投入、降低環(huán)境污染,推動企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義;痣娖髽I(yè)是我國的主要能源行業(yè),也是主要的能源消費終端和污染排放的源頭,在我國落實執(zhí)行節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)的過程中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。研究火電企業(yè)能源效率評估,挖掘企業(yè)能源效率影響因素是提升火電企業(yè)能源效率的關(guān)鍵。本文以火電企業(yè)為研究對象,首先對企業(yè)能源效率研究的背景和意義進(jìn)行了闡述,綜述分析了相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究要點,對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)能源效率的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),以企業(yè)為研究對象給出了全要素能源效率的定義,分析了火電企業(yè)能源消費的特點,并確定了火電企業(yè)能源效率評估的對象。其次,基于全要素能源效率概念,闡述了能源效率評估指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的基本思想和原則,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外有關(guān)企業(yè)能源效率評估指標(biāo)體系的研究觀點,以投入產(chǎn)出為出發(fā)點,篩選得到本文的火電企業(yè)全要能源效率評估指標(biāo)體系,該指標(biāo)體系包含3項投入指標(biāo)要素,2項產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)要素,并對各項指標(biāo)要素的數(shù)據(jù)獲取和相關(guān)內(nèi)容做出說明。第三,對傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(Date Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的相對有效面的理論知識進(jìn)行闡述,給出三種基本的能源效率評估模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析比較能源生產(chǎn)率和能源效率的概念,提出企業(yè)能源效率評估的非參數(shù)方法,構(gòu)建了多產(chǎn)出基于松弛變量的DEA效率評估模型(Multi-output Slack Based Model,MSBM)。以重慶市8家大型火電企業(yè)為實證分析樣本,對企業(yè)的能源效率水平進(jìn)行了排序,運用Tobit回歸分析函數(shù)對企業(yè)全要素能源效率影響因素進(jìn)行分析最后,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,提出了火電企業(yè)能源效率提升的對策和建議:調(diào)整生產(chǎn)能源消費結(jié)構(gòu);加大能源管理資本投入;加大企業(yè)設(shè)備裝備資本投入;提高人力資源投入。
[Abstract]:Energy is the material basis for enterprises to carry out production activities. With the energy crisis and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious, how to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, reduce energy investment and reduce environmental pollution, It is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises. Thermal power enterprise is the main energy industry in China, as well as the main energy consumption terminal and source of pollution emissions, which plays a vital role in the implementation of energy saving and emission reduction targets in China. It is the key to improve the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises to study the evaluation of energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises and excavate the influencing factors of energy efficiency. This paper takes the thermal power enterprise as the research object, first of all, the background and significance of the enterprise energy efficiency research are expounded, the main points of the related literature are summarized, and the current research situation of the domestic and foreign enterprises energy efficiency is summarized and summarized. Taking the enterprise as the research object, the definition of all-factor energy efficiency is given, the characteristics of energy consumption in thermal power enterprise are analyzed, and the object of energy efficiency evaluation of thermal power enterprise is determined. Secondly, based on the concept of all-factor energy efficiency, this paper expounds the basic ideas and principles of energy efficiency evaluation index system construction, combined with the domestic and foreign research point of view on enterprise energy efficiency evaluation index system, taking input and output as the starting point. The index system of energy efficiency evaluation for thermal power enterprises is selected. The index system consists of three input index elements and two output index elements, and the data acquisition and related contents of each index element are explained. Thirdly, the traditional data Envelopment Analysis (Date Envelopment Analysis,DEA) method and the theoretical knowledge of the relative effective surface of the data Envelopment Analysis are expounded, and three basic energy efficiency evaluation models are given. By analyzing and comparing the concepts of energy productivity and energy efficiency, a non-parametric method for enterprise energy efficiency evaluation is proposed, and a DEA efficiency evaluation model (Multi-output Slack Based Model,MSBM) based on relaxation variables for multiple outputs is constructed. Taking 8 large thermal power enterprises in Chongqing as the empirical analysis sample, the energy efficiency level of the enterprises is ranked, and the influencing factors of the total factor energy efficiency of the enterprises are analyzed by using the Tobit regression analysis function. Finally, according to the results of the data analysis, The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the energy efficiency of thermal power enterprises are put forward: adjusting the structure of energy consumption; Increase capital investment in energy management; increase investment in equipment and equipment of enterprises; and increase investment in human resources.
