應(yīng)對大規(guī)模功率缺失的區(qū)域電網(wǎng)日內(nèi)發(fā)電計劃優(yōu)化調(diào)整方法
[Abstract]:The intraday generation plan based on (SCED) is applied to the provincial power grid. When the power grid is missing, such as UHV DC latchup, etc. It is difficult to realize the effective support of the interconnected provinces quickly by the tie line planning adjustment based on the receiving end negotiation. In order to solve the above problems, based on the traditional SCED model, an intra-day planning model based on tie-line cross-section and provincial backup control is proposed in this paper. The model can be used to solve the tie-line plan of the unit and the interconnected power network in a single time according to the actual operation of the power network in a large area. The model is applied to East China Power Grid, and the planning and adjustment process of binkin DC with unipolar and bipolar latching is analyzed. The simulation results show that the model can flexibly control the support mode of interconnected provinces under the premise of considering the security constraints, and make use of the plan of generating units and tie-lines in the region to bring into play the mutual aid capability of interconnected power networks. To achieve a wide range of rational rebalancing of active power.
