東莞市橋頭鎮(zhèn)“十三五”中低壓配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃
[Abstract]:Distribution network planning is an important content in the field of power system research. In order to ensure the rationality of power network transformation and the safety and economy of power network operation and improve the power supply quality of distribution network, it is necessary to carry out scientific optimization planning. Qiaotou Town is located in the east of Dongguan City, with excellent geographical location, perfect supporting facilities and convenient transportation. Qiaotou Town has been positioned as one of the most powerful towns in the country with comprehensive strength and famous lotus towns in China, with the sustained development of economic construction and cultural undertakings. It is very important to develop the industrial park, the real estate industry and the third industry in the town, the green energy saving and high efficiency electricity demand leaps and bounds, the demand for the power supply ability of the power network is raised constantly, the planning work of the medium and low voltage distribution network is especially important. Firstly, through the research on the social and economic development of Qiaotou Town in Dongguan, this paper analyzes in detail the historical demand for electricity, the current situation of power supply, and the present situation of middle and low distribution network in Dongguan Qiaotou Town. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the operation of middle and low distribution network in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, and puts forward the causes of the problems and the ideas of planning and solving. Secondly, based on the load data of Qiaotou Town in Dongguan City in the past two years, we refer to the local economic development plan, the key regional planning and the progress of major project construction. By using the forecasting method of load reporting and loading and combining the annual growth rate with the hours of maximum load utilization, the total load of Qiaotou Town is forecasted, the load level of Qiaotou Town is forecasted year by year, and the forecasting results are verified by the classification of power supply area. Get the data of load and electric quantity of bridgehead town in the coming year. Thirdly, according to the results of substation planning and the power supply range, the new line planning scheme and the middle and low voltage distribution network planning plan during the 13th Five-Year Plan period are drawn up, and the middle and low voltage planning schemes are analyzed. Qiaotou Town from 2015 to 2020 medium-low-voltage distribution network project planning focus. Finally, according to the progress of the middle and low distribution network reconstruction and the capital construction project, the scale of construction and the unit price of investment, the total investment in the middle and low distribution network of Qiaotou Town during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is estimated. This paper analyzes and evaluates the degree of solution, reliability and line loss rate index of the existing problems in the middle and low distribution network of Qiaotou Town.
