低速下無刷直流電機三相電壓矢量位置檢測方法

【摘要】:提出一種適用于無刷直流電機低速運行時的無位置傳感器控制方法,該方法依據(jù)相間反電動勢差值進行轉子位置檢測,通過施加兩個相位相差120°的三相電壓矢量,分別采樣矢量作用結束時刻的直流側響應電流并比較其大小關系判斷轉子位置。同時分析了磁路飽和效應和電壓矢量作用時間對位置檢測精度的影響。與傳統(tǒng)電感法相比,該方法檢測矢量少,縮短了檢測時間;與長短脈沖位置檢測方法相比,在相同條件下響應電流差值大,更易于檢測,提高了換相準確性。實驗結果驗證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:A position sensorless control method for brushless DC motor at low speed is proposed. The rotor position is detected according to the potential difference between phases, and the three phase voltage vector with 120 擄phase difference is applied. The DC side response current at the end of the vector action is sampled separately and the rotor position is judged by comparing the magnitude of the current. At the same time, the influence of saturation effect of magnetic circuit and time of voltage vector on the precision of position detection is analyzed. Compared with the traditional inductance method, this method has fewer detection vectors and shorter detection time. Compared with the long and short pulse position detection method, the difference of the response current under the same conditions is larger, the detection is easier, and the commutation accuracy is improved. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.
