基于流場診斷的燃煤電站SCR系統(tǒng)噴氨優(yōu)化及試驗驗證

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)SCR系統(tǒng)的安全高效運行,采用CFD數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)開展660 MW燃煤電站SCR系統(tǒng)流場優(yōu)化.根據(jù)噴氨格柵前煙氣流動特性解析噴氨支管閥門權(quán)重,基于權(quán)重閥開展噴氨優(yōu)化研究.分析了優(yōu)化前后首層催化劑入口截面煙氣速度/濃度分布特性,搭建冷態(tài);囼炑b置對數(shù)值模擬研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗證.研究結(jié)果表明:導(dǎo)流板合理優(yōu)化布置可有效改善流場分布的均勻性,速度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差可相對減少約71.30%;基于權(quán)重閥優(yōu)化噴氨使噴氨特性與煙氣流動特性匹配良好,改善了濃度分布的均勻性,濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差相對減少約24.95%;冷態(tài);囼炛蹬c數(shù)值模擬值吻合良好,兩者偏差僅為3.08%;流場/權(quán)重閥噴氨優(yōu)化協(xié)同作用能夠最大限度提升燃煤電站SCR系統(tǒng)的工作性能.
[Abstract]:In order to realize the safe and efficient operation of SCR system, CFD numerical simulation technology is used to optimize the flow field of SCR system in 660 MW coal-fired power station. According to the characteristics of flue gas flow in front of ammonia spray grille, the weight of ammonia injection branch valve was analyzed, and the optimization of ammonia injection was carried out based on weight valve. The characteristics of flue gas velocity / concentration distribution in the inlet section of the first layer catalyst before and after optimization were analyzed and the numerical simulation results were verified by building a cold model test device. The results show that the optimum layout of the diversion plate can effectively improve the uniformity of the flow field distribution, and the velocity standard deviation can be reduced by about 71.3030. Based on the weight valve optimization of ammonia injection, the characteristics of ammonia injection and flue gas flow are matched well, the uniformity of concentration distribution is improved, and the standard deviation of concentration is reduced by 24.95%. The cold model test results agree well with the numerical simulation values, and the deviation between them is only 3.08. The optimized synergy of flow field / weight valve ammonia injection can improve the working performance of SCR system in coal-fired power plant to the maximum extent.
