尼龍電池殼焊接過程中的應力分析

【摘要】:利用Solidworks2012和ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics模擬軟件,對電池殼的焊接動態(tài)過程進行仿真分析。通過應力分析可知,在尼龍電池殼焊接制造過程中,由于溫度的作用,在焊縫處形成薄弱環(huán)節(jié),在靜置過程中會在圓孔連接處以及箱體尖角處產生應力集中。經(jīng)一定時間的孕育期后,微裂紋在應力的誘導作用下擴展匯合,最終造成電池殼宏觀開裂漏液。
[Abstract]:The dynamic welding process of battery shell is simulated and analyzed by Solidworks2012 and ANSYS 14.5/Multiphysics software. Through stress analysis, it can be seen that in the process of manufacture of nylon battery shell, the weak link is formed in the weld due to the effect of temperature, and the stress concentration will be produced in the connection of circular hole and at the sharp corner of box during the static process. After a certain incubation period, the microcracks propagate and converge under the action of stress, resulting in the macroscopic cracking and leakage of the battery shell.
