開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)(SRM)因其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作可靠、效率高、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)使之成為當(dāng)前極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一種調(diào)速電動(dòng)機(jī)。并在眾多行業(yè)獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用。由于開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的雙凸極結(jié)構(gòu)及磁路的高度飽和,使得一般的離線(xiàn)仿真已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足對(duì)SR電機(jī)的控制研究。本文以dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)為控制系統(tǒng)核心搭建了基于dSPACE的開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái),在半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的控制策略進(jìn)行研究。主要工作如下:介紹開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)和dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng):詳細(xì)綜述了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的研究背景、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理及數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的控制策略及控制方式做了詳細(xì)的介紹;對(duì)dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的了解,詳細(xì)介紹dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)、軟硬件組成以及開(kāi)發(fā)流程,并重點(diǎn)介紹了DS1005標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組件系統(tǒng)中DS1005板卡與DS5202板卡。結(jié)合dSPACE與開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的控制特點(diǎn),本文采取雙處理器架構(gòu)的上下位機(jī)協(xié)同合作的控制方案,即上位機(jī)dSPACE實(shí)時(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)和下位機(jī)PIC單片機(jī),并搭建了基于dSPACE的開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)。上下位機(jī)配合的方式可以減輕上位機(jī)的負(fù)擔(dān),實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的遠(yuǎn)程位置檢測(cè)。開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)主要由控制系統(tǒng)和SRD硬件平臺(tái)兩大部分構(gòu)成,這兩大部分又可以分成若干部分,下文做了詳細(xì)的描述。詳細(xì)介紹了基于dSPACE的開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),搭建了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的快速控制模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)在不同矩速下的不同控制方式,并設(shè)計(jì)了上下位機(jī)的CAN通信應(yīng)用層協(xié)議、分析了通信延時(shí)并進(jìn)行了實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)償?偨Y(jié),對(duì)整個(gè)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)和控制策略進(jìn)行調(diào)試,得到了良好的控制效果。大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,dSPACE半實(shí)物仿真系統(tǒng)可以應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,并具有較好的快速性和穩(wěn)定性。為電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)提供了新的開(kāi)發(fā)思路。
[Abstract]:The switched reluctance motor (SRM) has become a competitive speed regulating motor because of its simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency and low cost. And has been widely used in many industries. Because of the double salient structure of switched reluctance motor and the high saturation of magnetic circuit, the general off-line simulation can not satisfy the control research of SR motor. In this paper, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor based on dSPACE is built with dSPACE real-time simulation system as the control system core. The control strategy of switched reluctance motor is studied on the basis of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform. The main work is as follows: the switched reluctance motor and dSPACE real-time simulation system are introduced. The research background, structure characteristics, working principle and mathematical model of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system are summarized in detail. The control strategy and control mode of switched reluctance motor are introduced in detail. The dSPACE real-time simulation system is understood in detail, and the characteristics, software and hardware components and development process of dSPACE real-time system are introduced in detail. The DS1005 card and DS5202 board card in DS1005 standard component system are emphatically introduced. Combined with the control characteristics of dSPACE and switched reluctance motor, this paper adopts the control scheme of cooperation between upper and lower computers, that is, dSPACE real-time simulation system of upper computer and PIC single-chip microcomputer of lower computer. The hardware-in-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor speed control system based on dSPACE is also built. The cooperation of upper and lower computers can lighten the burden of upper computer and realize the remote position detection of switched reluctance motor. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor is mainly composed of two parts: control system and SRD hardware platform. The two parts can be divided into several parts, which are described in detail below. The software realization of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system based on dSPACE is introduced in detail. The fast control model of switched reluctance motor is set up, and the different control modes of switched reluctance motor under different moment speed are realized. The CAN communication application layer protocol of the upper and lower computer is designed, the communication delay is analyzed and the real time compensation is carried out. In conclusion, the whole test platform and control strategy are debugged, and good control effect is obtained. A large number of experimental results show that the dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation system can be used in the design of complex control systems and has good rapidity and stability. It provides a new idea for the research and development of motor control system.
