開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)研究
[Abstract]:The switched reluctance motor (SRM) has become a competitive speed regulating motor because of its simple structure, reliable operation, high efficiency and low cost. And has been widely used in many industries. Because of the double salient structure of switched reluctance motor and the high saturation of magnetic circuit, the general off-line simulation can not satisfy the control research of SR motor. In this paper, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor based on dSPACE is built with dSPACE real-time simulation system as the control system core. The control strategy of switched reluctance motor is studied on the basis of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform. The main work is as follows: the switched reluctance motor and dSPACE real-time simulation system are introduced. The research background, structure characteristics, working principle and mathematical model of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system are summarized in detail. The control strategy and control mode of switched reluctance motor are introduced in detail. The dSPACE real-time simulation system is understood in detail, and the characteristics, software and hardware components and development process of dSPACE real-time system are introduced in detail. The DS1005 card and DS5202 board card in DS1005 standard component system are emphatically introduced. Combined with the control characteristics of dSPACE and switched reluctance motor, this paper adopts the control scheme of cooperation between upper and lower computers, that is, dSPACE real-time simulation system of upper computer and PIC single-chip microcomputer of lower computer. The hardware-in-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor speed control system based on dSPACE is also built. The cooperation of upper and lower computers can lighten the burden of upper computer and realize the remote position detection of switched reluctance motor. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of switched reluctance motor is mainly composed of two parts: control system and SRD hardware platform. The two parts can be divided into several parts, which are described in detail below. The software realization of switched reluctance motor speed regulation system based on dSPACE is introduced in detail. The fast control model of switched reluctance motor is set up, and the different control modes of switched reluctance motor under different moment speed are realized. The CAN communication application layer protocol of the upper and lower computer is designed, the communication delay is analyzed and the real time compensation is carried out. In conclusion, the whole test platform and control strategy are debugged, and good control effect is obtained. A large number of experimental results show that the dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation system can be used in the design of complex control systems and has good rapidity and stability. It provides a new idea for the research and development of motor control system.
