基于電特性的110 kV交聯(lián)聚乙烯電纜剩余壽命評(píng)估

【摘要】:充分認(rèn)識(shí)交聯(lián)聚乙烯(XLPE)電纜的絕緣特性,及時(shí)有效地發(fā)現(xiàn)和預(yù)防絕緣中存在的某些缺陷,對(duì)保障設(shè)備乃至系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行具有十分重要的意義。為此,利用逐級(jí)耐壓法和等溫松弛電流法對(duì)110 kV XLPE電纜進(jìn)行了剩余壽命評(píng)估。在90℃恒溫下,采用逐級(jí)耐壓法進(jìn)行了擊穿試驗(yàn),對(duì)不同電纜樣品施加了相同升壓參數(shù),得到了電纜樣品的擊穿時(shí)間,結(jié)合等溫松弛電流法得到的老化因子判斷了電纜樣品老化狀況并估計(jì)了電纜樣品的剩余壽命。結(jié)果表明:1985年和1987年投入運(yùn)行的電纜處于嚴(yán)重劣化狀態(tài),剩余壽命約為10 a;1996年投入運(yùn)行的電纜處于非常好的狀態(tài),剩余壽命約為30 a;以等溫松弛電流法試驗(yàn)得到的結(jié)果作為趨勢(shì)性的判斷;以逐級(jí)耐壓法試驗(yàn)得到的結(jié)果作為具體的判斷。由此可得結(jié)論:利用電纜的電特性,能較合理地估計(jì)電纜剩余壽命,指導(dǎo)電纜的維修或更換工作,為交聯(lián)電纜的老化評(píng)估和壽命估計(jì)提供較為有效的方法。
