110kV復(fù)合型放電間隙避雷器的電氣性能

【摘要】:為降低110kV架空輸電線路雷擊跳閘率,基于多短間隙過零熄弧后不重燃的機理,提出一種由多短間隙結(jié)構(gòu)和單個大間隙相串聯(lián)而成的復(fù)合型放電間隙避雷器。該避雷器允許多短間隙被擊穿建立電弧通道,在間隙中產(chǎn)生的高氣壓作用下,電弧被推出短間隙。在工頻續(xù)流自然過零熄弧后,由于分布到單個短間隙上的最大電壓不足以重新燃弧,以確保電弧不發(fā)生重燃。該文首先通過工頻續(xù)流試驗考核多短間隙過零熄弧后不重燃的可靠性;進而通過雷電沖擊試驗、淋雨試驗和污穢試驗,檢驗該避雷器的電氣性能。試驗結(jié)果表明復(fù)合型放電間隙避雷器具有良好的工頻續(xù)流遮斷能力,且電弧不會發(fā)生重燃;具有良好的雷電沖擊特性和淋雨特性,適用于重污穢地區(qū)。復(fù)合型放電間隙避雷器滿足110kV輸電線路安全運行的要求,并能夠在繼電保護動作前可靠熄滅電弧使其不發(fā)生重燃,可用于110kV輸電線路防雷。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the lightning tripping rate of 110kV overhead transmission lines, a composite discharge gap arrester composed of multi-short gap structure and a single large gap phase in series is proposed based on the mechanism of non-reburning after zero extinguishing of multi-short gap. The arrester allows the breakdown of the short gap to establish the arc channel, and the arc is pushed out of the short gap under the action of the high pressure generated in the gap. After the natural zero-extinguishing arc of the power frequency continuous current, the maximum voltage distributed on a single short gap is not enough to re-ignite the arc to ensure that the arc does not reburn. In this paper, the reliability of non-reburning of multi-short gap after zero-extinguishing arc is tested by power frequency continuous current test, and the electrical performance of the arrester is tested by lightning shock test, rain test and pollution test. The experimental results show that the composite discharge gap arrester has a good power frequency continuous current interrupting ability and no reburning of the arc, and has good lightning shock and rain characteristics, so it is suitable for heavy polluted areas. The composite discharge gap arrester can meet the requirements of the safe operation of the 110kV transmission line and can reliably extinguish the arc before the relay protection operation so that it does not reburn. It can be used for the lightning protection of the 110kV transmission line.
