考慮暫態(tài)安全穩(wěn)定約束的受端電網(wǎng)緊急控制研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)負(fù)荷中心與能源資源中心的逆向分布,使得特高壓電網(wǎng)建設(shè)成為必然,東部地區(qū)受端電網(wǎng)特征日益明顯。特高壓交直流線路或大機(jī)組故障等導(dǎo)致大電源失去后,可能威脅受端電網(wǎng)的頻率安全性、電壓安全性,引發(fā)設(shè)備過(guò)載,造成一系列嚴(yán)重后果。為此需要對(duì)考慮暫態(tài)安全穩(wěn)定約束的受端電網(wǎng)緊急控制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在確保系統(tǒng)安全的前提下,減少負(fù)荷損失量。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下三點(diǎn):(1)對(duì)事件驅(qū)動(dòng)型切負(fù)荷(event-driven load shedding,EDLS)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。建立切負(fù)荷問(wèn)題的數(shù)學(xué)模型,在一個(gè)統(tǒng)一框架內(nèi)考慮暫態(tài)頻率安全、暫態(tài)電壓安全和過(guò)載問(wèn)題,提出迭代優(yōu)化算法:分別利用線性化方法和逐步累加法求解確保暫態(tài)頻率偏移安全(transient frequency deviation security,TFDS)/暫態(tài)電壓偏移安全(transient voltage deviation security,TVDS)和消除過(guò)載所需切負(fù)荷,通過(guò)整合迭代對(duì)總體切負(fù)荷量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。給出算法最優(yōu)解特點(diǎn),并指出事件驅(qū)動(dòng)原則更有利于保證系統(tǒng)安全。以IEEE39節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。證明在一個(gè)框架內(nèi)對(duì)考慮暫態(tài)安全和過(guò)載進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,可減少負(fù)荷損失量。(2)協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化 EDLS 與矯正性線路投切(corrective line switching,CLS)。考慮CLS可在不造成負(fù)荷損失的情況下,減輕線路過(guò)載,因而協(xié)調(diào)其與EDLS,以?xún)?yōu)化受端電網(wǎng)的緊急控制。首先建立了問(wèn)題的數(shù)學(xué)模型,綜合考慮暫態(tài)安全問(wèn)題與過(guò)載問(wèn)題,協(xié)調(diào)EDLS與CLS。針對(duì)這一非線性、多階段、混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃(Mixed integer programming,MIP)問(wèn)題,提出雙層迭代算法:內(nèi)層對(duì)EDLS進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,外層利用鄰域搜索法協(xié)調(diào)兩種控制手段。指出該算法在線應(yīng)用前景。以改進(jìn)后的IEEE39節(jié)點(diǎn)算例,驗(yàn)證了算法有效性。證明了 EDLS與CLS協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化,豐富了受端電網(wǎng)緊急控制的手段,可減少負(fù)荷損失量。(3)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)受端電網(wǎng)緊急控制優(yōu)化程序。根據(jù)模塊化思想,設(shè)計(jì)該程序主要包含三個(gè)功能:暫態(tài)安全穩(wěn)定定量評(píng)估(含暫態(tài)頻率安全量化評(píng)估、暫態(tài)電壓安全量化評(píng)估和暫態(tài)功角穩(wěn)定性評(píng)估的實(shí)現(xiàn))、EDLS優(yōu)化、EDLS與CLS協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化。EDLS優(yōu)化模塊采用第二章迭代算法,給出其程序流程圖;在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用第三章雙層迭代算法,開(kāi)發(fā)EDLS與CLS協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化模塊。分別以IEEE39節(jié)點(diǎn)算例、某省級(jí)電網(wǎng)算例和改進(jìn)后的省級(jí)電網(wǎng)算例驗(yàn)證各模塊的有效性,證明所開(kāi)發(fā)程序可指導(dǎo)優(yōu)化考慮暫態(tài)安全穩(wěn)定約束的受端電網(wǎng)緊急控制決策。
[Abstract]:The reverse distribution of load center and energy resource center makes the construction of UHV power grid inevitable. The failure of UHV AC / DC line or large unit may threaten the safety of frequency and voltage of the receiving network and cause the overload of the equipment, which may result in a series of serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the emergency control of the receiving power network considering the transient security and stability constraints, and to reduce the load loss under the premise of ensuring the safety of the system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) optimizing event-driven load cutting (event-driven load shedding,EDLS). The mathematical model of load shedding problem is established, and the transient frequency security, transient voltage security and overload problem are considered in a unified framework. An iterative optimization algorithm is proposed: the linearization method and the stepwise accumulation method are used to solve the problem of ensuring the safety of transient frequency migration (transient frequency deviation security,TFDS) / transient voltage migration (transient voltage deviation security,TVDS) and eliminating the load shedding required by overload, respectively. The overall load shedding is optimized by integrated iteration. The characteristics of the optimal solution of the algorithm are given, and the event-driven principle is pointed out to ensure the security of the system. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by IEEE39 node system. It is proved that the load loss can be reduced by optimizing the transient safety and overload in a frame. (2) the optimal EDLS is coordinated with the rectifying line switching (corrective line switching,CLS). Considering that CLS can reduce line overload without causing load loss, it can coordinate with EDLS, to optimize emergency control of terminal power network. Firstly, the mathematical model of the problem is established, and the transient security problem and overload problem are considered synthetically, and the EDLS and CLS. are coordinated. For this nonlinear, multi-stage, mixed integer programming (Mixed integer programming,MIP) problem, a two-layer iterative algorithm is proposed: the inner layer optimizes the EDLS and the outer layer coordinates the two control methods using the neighborhood search method. The prospect of online application of this algorithm is pointed out. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by an improved IEEE39 node example. It is proved that the coordinated optimization of EDLS and CLS enriches the means of emergency control and reduces the load loss. (3) the optimization program of emergency control is designed and developed. According to the modularization idea, the program consists of three main functions: quantitative evaluation of transient security stability (including quantitative evaluation of transient frequency security, quantitative evaluation of transient voltage security, and realization of), EDLS optimization of transient power angle stability evaluation). EDLS and CLS coordinate optimization. Chapter 2 iterative algorithm is used in EDLS optimization module, and its program flow chart is given. On this basis, the optimization module of coordination between EDLS and CLS is developed by using the double level iterative algorithm in Chapter 3. The validity of each module is verified by IEEE39 node example, a provincial power network example and an improved provincial power network example, respectively. It is proved that the developed program can be used to guide the emergency control decision of the terminal power network with optimal consideration of transient security and stability constraints.
