基于可靠率指標的中壓架空饋線分段優(yōu)化

【摘要】:提出一種基于可靠率指標的單饋線和多饋線系統(tǒng)架空線最小分段數(shù)模型和算法;提出一種有效改善架空線可靠率指標的最大有效分段數(shù)的概念和計算方法。得到單饋線和多饋線系統(tǒng)可靠率估算簡化模型,經(jīng)計算分析得到對于不同線路長度的單饋線最大有效分段數(shù)和最小分段數(shù)。研究表明,對于長度在1~15 km的線路,輻射形線路最大有效分段數(shù)為3~5,明顯低于有聯(lián)絡線路5~15的最大有效分段數(shù);對于多饋線系統(tǒng),各線路最小分段不僅與自身長度有關,還與本線路用戶數(shù)以及其他線路長度和用戶數(shù)密切相關;現(xiàn)有相關技術(shù)導則中推薦的3分段或不大于5分段的技術(shù)原則在一定程度上限制了配電網(wǎng)可靠率水平的進一步提高。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a model and algorithm of minimum segment number of overhead lines based on reliability index, and a concept and calculation method for improving the maximum effective segment number of reliability index of overhead line effectively. A simplified model for estimating the reliability of single-fed and multi-fed systems is obtained. The maximum effective number of segments and the minimum number of segments for different line lengths are obtained by calculation and analysis. The results show that the maximum effective segmenting number of radiation line is 3 / 5, which is obviously lower than the maximum effective segment number of 5 / 15 with connection line for the line with length of 1 ~ 15 km. For multi-feeder system, the minimum segment of each line is not only related to its length, but also closely related to the number of line users and other lines and the number of users. The technical principle of 3 sections or no more than 5 sections recommended in the existing technical guidelines limits the further improvement of the reliability level of distribution network to a certain extent.
