【摘要】：線損率是評價(jià)供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、運(yùn)行分析、管理水平的重要指標(biāo),降低線損是提高供電企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的有效途徑途徑和重要方法。在配電網(wǎng)理論線損計(jì)算方面,已有研究的核心是對配電網(wǎng)線損的分析方法以及降損措施的研究,然而這些研究大多不是專門為降損而進(jìn)行的�；诂F(xiàn)有研究成果,本文研究了線損管理的相關(guān)工作要求,總結(jié)了配電網(wǎng)線損的理論基礎(chǔ),對常用的線損計(jì)算方法以及降低線損的組織和技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行了歸納,并從唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況出發(fā),進(jìn)行理論線損的計(jì)算分析。最后給出唐山地區(qū)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀及降損建議。本文對降低唐山地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)線損給出了合理建議,并為該地區(qū)提高電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行水平,降低電網(wǎng)損耗,制定線損指標(biāo),指導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提供了決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Line loss rate is an important index to evaluate the economic benefit, operation analysis and management level of power supply enterprises, and to reduce line loss is an effective way and an important method to improve the economic benefits of power supply enterprises. In the aspect of theoretical line loss calculation of distribution network, the core of existing research is the analysis method of distribution network line loss and the research of reducing loss measure. However, most of these studies are not specially carried out for the purpose of reducing loss. Based on the existing research results, this paper studies the relevant requirements of line loss management, summarizes the theoretical basis of distribution network line loss, summarizes the commonly used methods of line loss calculation, as well as the organization and technical measures to reduce line loss. Based on the actual operation of Tangshan distribution network, the theoretical line loss is calculated and analyzed. Finally, the operation status of Tangshan power grid and suggestions for reducing losses are given. This paper gives some reasonable suggestions to reduce the distribution network loss in Tangshan area, and provides a decision basis for improving the economic operation level of the power network, reducing the loss of the power network, making the line loss index and guiding the planning and construction of the power network in this area.
