基于設備運行狀態(tài)的優(yōu)化檢修計劃在廊坊供電公司的應用研究

【摘要】:變電設備在電力系統中承擔著電力的控制和分配等重要任務,其安全運行非常重要。如何避免意外停電的發(fā)生,最大限度的縮短停電時間,減少設備的維護費用,延長設備的使用壽命,實現設備使用的最優(yōu)化,已成為電力行業(yè)當前的重要課題,蘊含著巨大的經濟效益和社會效益?紤]到設備的檢修作業(yè)通常包括檢測、評估、決策、維修四個過程,因此,本文從狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術、狀態(tài)評價模型、狀態(tài)檢修決策三個角度對變電設備的狀態(tài)檢修進行了分析研究。首先,對設備狀態(tài)檢修的基礎理論進行了研究,設備的狀態(tài)檢修策略包括狀態(tài)監(jiān)測、狀態(tài)評價、檢修決策三個環(huán)節(jié)。狀態(tài)監(jiān)測技術主要包括巡檢,停電試驗和在線監(jiān)測等手段。對狀態(tài)評價流程進行了分析,得出設備的狀態(tài)評價遵從從小到大、從局部到整體的評價過程,并對評價結果進行了等級劃分。對檢修決策的制定進行了研究,主要包括檢修類別、檢修周期、檢修方案三個方面。其次,從理論分析的角度對變壓器的優(yōu)化檢修策略進行了研究,根據國家電網公司輸變電設備狀態(tài)評價手冊要求,分別對主狀態(tài)量和輔助狀態(tài)量設定了具體的扣分值,對定量狀態(tài)量和定性狀態(tài)量的扣分規(guī)則進行了研究,提出了基于評分法的變壓器狀態(tài)評價模型。在檢修周期的確定方面,提出從最大可用度的角度對變壓器的檢修周期進行研究,并對其計算過程進行了說明。在優(yōu)化檢修計劃的制定原則方面,同時參考狀態(tài)評價結果和基準檢修周期,對處于不同狀態(tài)的變壓器制定不同的檢修方案。最后,對變壓器優(yōu)化狀態(tài)檢修計劃在廊坊供電公司的應用進行了分析,根據狀態(tài)評價結果得知,該變壓器處于嚴重異常狀態(tài),需要立即采集維修措施,經過檢修,發(fā)現和評價結果一致,有效的驗證了本文所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Substation equipment plays an important role in power system control and distribution, and its safe operation is very important. How to avoid accidental power outages, shorten blackout time, reduce maintenance costs, prolong the service life of equipment and realize the optimization of equipment use has become an important topic in the electric power industry. It contains enormous economic and social benefits. Considering that the maintenance operation of equipment usually includes four processes: detection, evaluation, decision and maintenance, therefore, this paper starts with the condition monitoring technology, the condition evaluation model, The condition maintenance of substation equipment is analyzed and studied from three angles of condition maintenance decision. Firstly, the basic theory of equipment condition-based maintenance is studied. The strategy of equipment condition maintenance includes condition monitoring, condition evaluation and maintenance decision. State monitoring technology mainly includes inspection, blackout test and online monitoring and other means. By analyzing the process of state evaluation, it is concluded that the state evaluation of equipment follows the process from small to large, from part to whole, and the evaluation results are classified. This paper studies the decision-making of maintenance, including three aspects: maintenance type, maintenance period and maintenance scheme. Secondly, the optimal maintenance strategy of transformers is studied from the angle of theoretical analysis. According to the requirements of the state evaluation manual of transmission and transformation equipment of State Grid Company, the specific deduction points are set for the principal state quantity and auxiliary state quantity, respectively. In this paper, the deduction rules of quantitative state quantity and qualitative state quantity are studied, and the evaluation model of transformer condition based on scoring method is proposed. In the aspect of determining the maintenance period, this paper puts forward the research on the maintenance period of transformer from the point of view of maximum availability, and explains its calculation process. In the aspect of the principle of optimizing maintenance plan and referring to the result of condition evaluation and the period of reference maintenance different maintenance schemes are made for transformers in different states. Finally, the application of optimal condition maintenance plan of transformer in Langfang Power supply Company is analyzed. According to the result of condition evaluation, the transformer is in a serious abnormal state and needs to collect maintenance measures immediately. The findings are consistent with the evaluation results, which effectively verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
