【摘要】：氣體觸發(fā)開關(guān)是脈沖功率電路的重要組成器件。針對工程中對低抖動、長壽命氣體觸發(fā)開關(guān)的需求,結(jié)合三電極場畸變型觸發(fā)開關(guān),設(shè)計一種擁有較多孔隙的多環(huán)型觸發(fā)極結(jié)構(gòu)。對三種主電極-觸發(fā)極分別為平板-多環(huán)、平板-圓盤、球冠-圓盤的開關(guān)進行擊穿特性實驗研究,結(jié)合電場仿真對比分析實驗結(jié)果。實驗結(jié)果表明:在22.4k V/40ns的觸發(fā)脈沖和5.0~7.5k V的工作電壓下,平板-多環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的開關(guān)時延及抖動比較穩(wěn)定,開關(guān)時延基本在81.0~84.5ns之間,抖動為0.8~1.1ns。平板-多環(huán)電極結(jié)構(gòu)開關(guān)時延、抖動均明顯優(yōu)于平板-圓盤結(jié)構(gòu),其開關(guān)時延、抖動與球冠-圓盤結(jié)構(gòu)基本相同但使用壽命優(yōu)于球冠-圓盤結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Gas trigger switch is an important component of pulse power circuit. In order to meet the need of low jitter and long life gas trigger switch in engineering, a multi-ring trigger pole structure with more pores is designed in combination with three-electrode field distortion trigger switch. The breakdown characteristics of the switches with three main electrode and trigger poles, which are plate-multi-ring, plate-disc and corona-disc, are studied experimentally. The experimental results are compared with those of electric field simulation. The experimental results show that under the trigger pulse of 22.4k V/40ns and the operating voltage of 5.0 ~ 7.5kV, the switching delay and jitter of the plate-multi-loop structure are stable, the switching delay is basically between 81.0~84.5ns and the jitter is 0.8 ~ 1.1ns. The switching delay and jitter of plate-multi-ring electrode structure are obviously better than that of plate-disc structure. The switching delay and jitter are basically the same as that of the spherical crown disk structure but the service life is better than that of the spherical crown disk structure.
