【摘要】：整流級逆變級均由雙向開關(guān)構(gòu)成的全雙向開關(guān)型雙級矩陣變換器比傳統(tǒng)雙級矩陣變換器多了6個開關(guān)管。新增的6個開關(guān)管可作為逆變級冗余器件,且其雙向開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)也為直流母線電壓反向提供了可能,兩者結(jié)合使得全雙向開關(guān)型雙級矩陣變換器能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多種故障的容錯。該文從調(diào)制角度出發(fā),提出了適用于逆變級雙向開關(guān)單元開路、單管開路、雙向開關(guān)單元短路以及單管短路等四種故障的容錯策略。所提容錯策略利用開關(guān)管的故障特性,通過增加非故障開關(guān)管切換次數(shù)以模擬故障開關(guān)管的切換,從而實現(xiàn)容錯。實驗結(jié)果驗證了文中所提逆變級容錯策略的有效性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The rectifier stage inverter is composed of bidirectional switches. There are 6 more switches in the full bidirectional switching matrix converter than in the traditional two-stage matrix converter. The six new switches can be used as inverter redundancy devices, and their bi-directional switching structure also makes it possible to reverse DC bus voltage. The combination of the two devices makes the full bidirectional switching two-stage matrix converter to be able to achieve a variety of fault tolerance. From the point of view of modulation, this paper presents a fault-tolerant strategy for four kinds of faults, namely, open circuit of inverter level bidirectional switch cell, single switch unit, short circuit of bidirectional switch unit and single switch short circuit. The proposed fault-tolerant strategy utilizes the fault characteristics of the switch tube and simulates the switch of the fault switch tube by increasing the number of switching times of the non-fault switch tube, thus realizing the fault tolerance. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed inverter level fault-tolerant strategy.
