居民溫控負(fù)荷聚合功率及響應(yīng)潛力評(píng)估方法研究

【摘要】:溫控負(fù)荷是參與電網(wǎng)功率平衡的一類(lèi)有效資源,在電網(wǎng)緊急事故下有助于快速維持系統(tǒng)的頻率穩(wěn)定。但由于其分散分布特性造成調(diào)度中心難以直接獲得其聚合功率及響應(yīng)潛力。為引導(dǎo)溫控負(fù)荷參與電網(wǎng)調(diào)控運(yùn)行,建立了溫控負(fù)荷的近似聚合模型,能夠較為方便地確定其聚合功率的估計(jì)值及上下限范圍;谠撃P,提出了一種計(jì)及響應(yīng)不確定性的溫控負(fù)荷聚合響應(yīng)潛力評(píng)估方法,對(duì)溫控負(fù)荷的聚合響應(yīng)潛力及其分布特性進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。通過(guò)仿真,驗(yàn)證了近似聚合模型和潛力評(píng)估方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Temperature control load is a kind of effective resource to participate in power balance of power network. It can help to maintain the frequency stability of power system quickly in the emergency of power grid. However, due to its dispersive distribution, it is difficult for the dispatching center to obtain its aggregate power and response potential directly. In order to guide the temperature control load to participate in the power network regulation and operation, an approximate aggregation model of the temperature controlled load is established, which can easily determine the estimated value of the aggregate power and the range of the upper and lower limits. Based on this model, a method for evaluating the potential of temperature controlled load polymerization response is proposed, which takes into account the uncertainty of response. The potential of temperature controlled load polymerization response and its distribution characteristics are evaluated. The effectiveness of the approximate aggregation model and the potential assessment method is verified by simulation.
