【摘要】：配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃是保證電力系統(tǒng)可靠運行的重要工作之一。配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃綜合效益評估有利于指導(dǎo)規(guī)劃方案的決策,是選擇配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的重要依據(jù)。因此,對配電網(wǎng)進行科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃改造和評價是電力系統(tǒng)研究的重要課題。本文首先對泰州市的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展情況、區(qū)域供電概況等情況進行了介紹,總結(jié)歸納出泰州市配電網(wǎng)目前所存在的問題;其次對泰州市的負荷特性及負荷增長趨勢進行分析,對負荷和用電量進行預(yù)測;根據(jù)配電網(wǎng)各個電壓等級下的規(guī)劃技術(shù)原則,在泰州市配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對泰州市配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行規(guī)劃;最后結(jié)合配電網(wǎng)自身特點,全面考慮配電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟效益指標(biāo)的影響因素,構(gòu)建了配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃效益評估指標(biāo)體系,運用熵權(quán)法計算效益指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。通過對泰州市配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案進行效益評估,結(jié)果表明建立的評價模型可以準(zhǔn)確地對泰州市配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃進行評價分析。
[Abstract]:Distribution network planning is one of the important tasks to ensure the reliable operation of power system. The comprehensive benefit evaluation of distribution network planning is helpful to guide the decision-making of the planning scheme and is an important basis for selecting the distribution network planning scheme. Therefore, scientific and reasonable planning and evaluation of distribution network is an important subject of power system research. Firstly, this paper introduces the economic and social development of Taizhou City, regional power supply situation, and summarizes the existing problems of distribution network in Taizhou City. Secondly, the load characteristics and load growth trend of Taizhou City are analyzed, and the load and electricity consumption are forecasted. According to the planning technology principle of distribution network under each voltage grade, the distribution network of Taizhou city is planned on the basis of the present situation of distribution network in Taizhou city. Finally, considering the influence factors of distribution network economic benefit index, the evaluation index system of distribution network planning benefit is constructed, and the weight of benefit index is calculated by entropy weight method. The results show that the evaluation model can accurately evaluate and analyze the distribution network planning of Taizhou.
