【摘要】：近年來,冷縮中間接頭廣泛用于10 kV交聯(lián)聚乙烯電纜線路中。界面壓力是冷縮中間接頭的重要性能參數(shù),然而國際、國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺少對(duì)界面壓力測(cè)量方法的指導(dǎo)以及對(duì)界面壓力數(shù)值范圍的限定,一定程度上影響了冷縮中間接頭的質(zhì)量控制與性能檢測(cè)。因此建立了界面結(jié)構(gòu)的理論計(jì)算模型,推導(dǎo)了界面壓力的理論計(jì)算公式,并以不同廠家不同尺寸的冷縮管為試品,使用預(yù)埋傳感器的方式直接測(cè)得了實(shí)際的界面壓力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:界面壓力在接頭安裝后呈增大趨勢(shì)并在數(shù)小時(shí)后趨于穩(wěn)定值,試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與理論計(jì)算值的相對(duì)誤差較小,驗(yàn)證了理論計(jì)算模型的合理性以及理論計(jì)算公式的有效性。研究結(jié)果能夠?yàn)榕渚W(wǎng)電纜中間接頭的入網(wǎng)質(zhì)量檢測(cè)提供參考,從而提高配網(wǎng)電纜線路的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cold-shrink intermediate joints are widely used in 10 kV cross-linked polyethylene cable lines. Interfacial pressure is an important performance parameter of cold shrink intermediate joints. However, the international and domestic standards lack the guidance to measure the interfacial pressure and limit the numerical range of interfacial pressure. To some extent, it affects the quality control and performance test of cold shrink intermediate joint. Therefore, the theoretical calculation model of interface structure is established, and the theoretical calculation formula of interface pressure is derived, and the actual interface pressure is measured directly by using preset sensors with different sizes of cold shrink tubes from different manufacturers. The test results show that the interfacial pressure tends to increase after the joint is installed and tends to be stable after a few hours, and the relative error between the test data and the theoretical calculation value is small. The rationality of the theoretical calculation model and the validity of the theoretical formula are verified. The results can provide a reference for the quality detection of the interconnect of distribution network cable and improve the reliability of the cable line of distribution network.
