配電網(wǎng)需求響應(yīng)資源規(guī)劃模型研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing of the installed capacity of renewable clean energy in the distribution network, the distribution system is faced with the development demand of promoting the local acceptance of clean energy and delaying the investment of distribution system expansion, and the security of distribution network. Economy and flexibility face new challenges. Scale, rational development and use of load side demand response resources is an important economic and reliable measure to meet this challenge. Based on the idea of integrated resource planning and "source-network-load" coordination planning, the influence of demand response resources on distribution network planning is considered in this paper. Taking into account the security constraints of distribution network operation, this paper studies how to optimize the planning of demand response resources in distribution network and make decisions on the size and location of demand response resources suitable for development and use in distribution networks. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) considering the benefits of increasing clean energy utilization, reducing system peak regulation pressure and delaying investment of distribution network equipment brought by demand response, Considering the cost of development and operation of demand response resource in distribution network, the comprehensive benefit calculation method of demand response of distribution network is put forward. (2) based on the objective function of maximizing the net benefit of demand response to distribution network, considering the security constraints of distribution network, the optimal planning model of demand response resource is established. In the planning model, a typical new energy generation scenario is embedded to optimize the response process of distribution network demand response resources in a multi-time period. Considering the difference of response benefit of response resources in different space position. (3) the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the programming model. The model can optimize the demand response resource development planning of distribution network, evaluate the potential demand response comprehensive benefit of DR resource optimization planning in distribution network, and assist distribution network operators to screen demand response resources at the same time.
