用戶側(cè)光儲(chǔ)型微電網(wǎng)中央控制器研制

【摘要】:用戶側(cè)光儲(chǔ)型微電網(wǎng)是最大化分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)就地消納利用水平的有效方式,研究用戶側(cè)光儲(chǔ)型微電網(wǎng)的中央控制器,對(duì)推動(dòng)智能微電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、電力市場(chǎng)改革和國(guó)家新能源政策推廣具有重要意義。為提高微電網(wǎng)控制器集成度及降低設(shè)備成本,針對(duì)不同用戶的用電需求,基于分層多時(shí)間尺度通信方式研制了光儲(chǔ)型微電網(wǎng)中央控制器,集成了黑啟動(dòng)、無(wú)縫切換、功率預(yù)測(cè)、運(yùn)行優(yōu)化控制與能效管理等功能模塊,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證所提策略的正確性。所研制的中央控制器為用戶側(cè)微電網(wǎng)的并網(wǎng)接入提供了低成本高效率的解決方案,對(duì)推動(dòng)用戶側(cè)光儲(chǔ)微電網(wǎng)的大規(guī)模應(yīng)用具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The user side light storage microgrid is an effective way to maximize the local absorption and utilization level of distributed photovoltaic generation system. The central controller of user side light storage microgrid is studied to promote the construction of smart microgrid. The electric power market reform and the national new energy policy promotion has the important significance. In order to improve the integration of microgrid controllers and reduce the cost of equipment, an optical storage microgrid central controller based on layered multi-time scale communication is developed for different users, which integrates black start, seamless switching and power prediction. Function modules such as optimal control and energy efficiency management are run, and the correctness of the proposed strategy is verified by experiments. The developed central controller provides a low cost and high efficiency solution for the connection of the user side microgrid. It is of great significance to promote the large-scale application of the user side light storage microgrid.
