電流差動保護在逆變型新能源場站送出線路中的適應性分析

【摘要】:新能源電源通過電力電子裝置并網(wǎng),其故障特性受控制策略影響而發(fā)生根本性變化,傳統(tǒng)繼電保護原理存在適應性問題。送出線路作為新能源場站電力外送的關鍵通道,其主保護電流差動保護能否正確動作對于新能源高效利用和系統(tǒng)安全運行十分重要。針對逆變型新能源場站,推導了逆變型新能源電源短路電流表達式,分析了各相短路電流之間的相位關系及其影響因素。在此基礎上,分析了送出線路發(fā)生不對稱短路時電流差動保護在并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為強、弱兩種情形下的動作性能。研究結(jié)果表明,送出線路發(fā)生兩相短路時,差動保護在并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為弱系統(tǒng)時存在拒動的風險、為強系統(tǒng)時靈敏性下降但不會拒動;送出線路發(fā)生接地故障時,零序電流的存在使得差動保護在并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為強、弱系統(tǒng)時均能可靠靈敏動作。實時數(shù)字仿真器(RTDS)試驗驗證了理論分析。研究結(jié)論為逆變型新能源場站送出線路主保護配置提供了參考。
[Abstract]:The fault characteristics of the new energy power supply are fundamentally changed by the control strategy when it is connected to the grid by the power electronic device. The traditional relay protection principle has the problem of adaptability. The main protection current differential protection is very important for the efficient utilization of new energy and the safe operation of the system. In this paper, the expression of short-circuit current of inverter new energy power supply is derived, and the phase relationship between each phase and its influencing factors are analyzed. On this basis, the performance of the current differential protection in the grid-connected system is analyzed under the condition of asymmetric short circuit of the transmission line. The results show that when the two-phase short circuit occurs in the transmission line, the differential protection has the risk of rejection when the grid-connected system is weak, and the sensitivity of the strong system decreases but it will not. The existence of zero sequence current makes the differential protection can operate reliably and sensitively in the grid-connected system when the grounding fault occurs in the transmission line. The (RTDS) test of real time digital simulator verifies the theoretical analysis. The research results provide a reference for the main protection configuration of the transmission line of the inverter new energy field station.
