發(fā)電機(jī)碳刷多點(diǎn)全周摩擦引起的不穩(wěn)定振動分析

【摘要】:以發(fā)電機(jī)碳刷與轉(zhuǎn)軸之間發(fā)生的摩擦振動為對象,研究這類特殊周向多點(diǎn)全周摩擦振動機(jī)理。根據(jù)碳刷工作原理,建立多點(diǎn)全周摩擦力計(jì)算模型,采用熱彈性力學(xué)方法建立摩擦截面溫度場和轉(zhuǎn)子熱彎曲計(jì)算模型,將熱彎曲模型與轉(zhuǎn)子振動有限元模型耦合求解振動響應(yīng)。以某發(fā)電機(jī)為例進(jìn)行分析,仿真分析和試驗(yàn)研究了碳刷軸全周摩擦振動特征。研究表明,發(fā)電機(jī)碳刷與轉(zhuǎn)軸之間的多點(diǎn)全周摩擦?xí)l(fā)振動周期性波動和爬升,不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象與不平衡力、碳刷-轉(zhuǎn)軸不同心度和碳刷摩擦因數(shù)有關(guān),可以通過精細(xì)動平衡、適當(dāng)增大碳刷-轉(zhuǎn)軸不同心度和減小碳刷摩擦因數(shù)來消除。
[Abstract]:Taking the friction vibration between the carbon brush and the shaft of the generator as an object, the mechanism of this kind of special circumferential multi-point full-cycle friction vibration is studied. According to the working principle of carbon brush, a multi-point full-cycle friction calculation model is established. The thermoelastic method is used to establish the temperature field of friction cross section and the rotor thermal bending calculation model. The thermal bending model is coupled with the rotor vibration finite element model to solve the vibration response. Taking a generator as an example, the full-circumferential friction vibration characteristics of carbon brush shaft are studied by simulation and experiment. The results show that the multi-point full-cycle friction between the carbon brush and the rotating shaft of the generator will lead to periodic vibration fluctuation and climb, and the instability phenomenon is related to the unbalanced force, the discentricity of the carbon brush-shaft and the friction coefficient of the carbon brush, which can be balanced by fine dynamic balance. Properly increase the carbon brush-axis discentricity and reduce the friction coefficient of the carbon brush to eliminate.
