基于IEC 61850的穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)站間通信技術(shù)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的電力系統(tǒng)安全穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)站間通信方案存在一些固有的缺陷,不符合當(dāng)前技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢,制約著穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和應(yīng)用的深入。借鑒智能變電站過程層GOOSE通信技術(shù),提出了基于IEC 61850的穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)站間通信技術(shù)方案,研究了通信組網(wǎng)架構(gòu)、通信容量控制、數(shù)據(jù)流量控制和可視化解耦配置等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并介紹了巴西美麗山穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)等典型工程應(yīng)用;贗EC 61850的穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)站間通信技術(shù)穩(wěn)定可靠、傳輸數(shù)據(jù)量大、重用性和互操作性好,滿足穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)站間信息交互的需求,代表著穩(wěn)控系統(tǒng)通信技術(shù)發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:There are some inherent defects in the traditional power system security and stability control system inter-station communication scheme, which does not conform to the current trend of technology development, and restricts the expansion of the scale and application of the stability control system. Based on the process layer GOOSE communication technology of intelligent substation, this paper puts forward the communication technology scheme of stable control system based on IEC 61850. The key technologies such as communication network architecture, communication capacity control, data flow control and visual decoupling configuration are studied. Some typical engineering applications such as Brasil beautiful mountain stabilization and control system are introduced. The stable control system based on IEC 61850 has the advantages of stable and reliable communication technology, large amount of data, good reusability and interoperability, which can meet the need of information exchange between stable control system stations, and represents the direction of communication technology development of stable control system.
