【摘要】：電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)對(duì)通訊數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)膶?shí)時(shí)性要求較高,倘若端對(duì)端通訊的延時(shí)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),一旦電網(wǎng)中有故障發(fā)生,繼電保護(hù)裝置不能及時(shí)響應(yīng),及時(shí)切除故障點(diǎn),則很容易導(dǎo)致事故的擴(kuò)大化,甚至造成設(shè)備的損壞和人員的傷害。筆者對(duì)繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備和變電站本地監(jiān)控之間通訊進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)影響系統(tǒng)中繼電保護(hù)數(shù)據(jù)端對(duì)端延時(shí)時(shí)間的因素進(jìn)行了分析,并針對(duì)這些問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:If the delay time of end-to-end communication is longer, once there is a fault in the power network, the relay protection device can not respond in time and remove the fault point in time. It can easily lead to the expansion of the accident, and even damage to equipment and personnel injury. In this paper, the communication between relay protection equipment and substation local monitoring is studied, the factors influencing the end-to-end delay time of relay protection data in the system are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward.
