【摘要】：為了同時解決漏電流和中點(diǎn)平衡這兩個問題,首先分析系統(tǒng)漏電流產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理以及傳統(tǒng)調(diào)制策略對漏電流的影響,并且在大中零矢量調(diào)制(LMZVM)算法的基礎(chǔ)上提出一種基于零序電壓注入的大中正負(fù)小矢量調(diào)制(LMP/NSVM)算法。在非單位功率因數(shù)的情況下,根據(jù)直流側(cè)中點(diǎn)總電荷量最小而選擇LMP/NSVM或LMZVM策略,與大中小矢量調(diào)制(LMSVM)策略相比,本文提出的LMP/NSVM算法中點(diǎn)電位調(diào)節(jié)速度更快、穩(wěn)態(tài)波動更小。系統(tǒng)漏電流與LMZVM基本相同并且優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的SVPWM,而且是基于載波思想實(shí)現(xiàn)的,算法簡單、易于實(shí)現(xiàn),因而該調(diào)制策略具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價值。最后,與傳統(tǒng)的三種調(diào)制策略實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對比,驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性與有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the two problems of leakage current and midpoint balance simultaneously, the mechanism of leakage current generation and the influence of traditional modulation strategy on leakage current are analyzed. Based on the (LMZVM) algorithm of large and medium zero vector modulation, a large, medium and negative vector modulation (LMP/NSVM) algorithm based on zero-sequence voltage injection is proposed. In the case of non-unit power factor, according to the minimum total charge at the midpoint of the DC side, the LMP/NSVM or LMZVM strategy is chosen. Compared with the large, medium and small vector modulation (LMSVM) strategy, the proposed LMP/NSVM algorithm adjusts the midpoint potential more quickly. The steady state fluctuation is smaller. The leakage current of the system is basically the same as that of LMZVM and is superior to the traditional SVPWM, which is based on the carrier idea, and the algorithm is simple and easy to implement, so the modulation strategy has certain engineering application value. Finally, compared with the experimental results of three traditional modulation strategies, the correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis are verified.
